We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family of 4. The apartment was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. A short walk to convenient stores and plenty of eateries close by. We would definitely stay again.

Very clean and well laid out floor plan. The location was very convenient for day excursions and wandering around the pedestrian streets for food and souvenirs. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families and those visiting Tokyo for the first time.

The customer service is beyond amazing, two rooms on each floor so it’s not overcrowded and conveniently located close to shops and train stations. When we visit again will definitely book and do recommend.

Reception staff were friendly and attentive. Location is OK. Beds were very soft and pillows quite old compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan. We found the apartment clearly wasn’t vacuumed well with hairs in the bathroom and down the side of the bed.
