L'appartement et le mobilier sont très vétustes. Tout est abimé et passé. Les couchages sont mauvais. Un grand coup de neuf serait le bienvenu.
La cuisine n'était pas propre (lave vaisselle moisi, lave linge moisi, four sale et gras).
Par contre résidence très bien placée, calme et bien entretenue, piscine ++.

Rez de jardin idealement situé pour aller a la plage a pieds et faire le marché. Piscine collective agréable.
Assez grand pour nous 5.
A ce prix, le logement mériterait vraiment un coup de neuf, surtout au niveau des sanitaires qui sont hors d'âge. La literie du lit: une catastrophe. Et les propriétaires devraient faire un tri dans la vaisselle et les objets en tout genre qui encombrent ce petit logement.
