Staff “rules” are overly strict and almost insulting. I’ve never seen a hotel charge for a stain on a towel. It makes the place appear petty and made me suspicious of being charged for things normally free by industry standard. Suggest management charge 50 pesos more per room and remove the towel policy. Felt like I was being admitted to a prison cell block.
