Great location, lovely apartment, bit of confusion over parking which caused some stress and the booking portal wasn’t that friendly but overall a great stay and would recommend/stay again

Fantastic stay

Well decorated, clean and comfortable studio apartment in a great location.The kitchen was well equipped with the basics so we were able to cook dinners in when we wanted to. Communication was relatively fast and very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here and myself and my partner are looking forward to staying again in the future.

Nice, cozy, central location for a lovely stay!

The stay in Bristol was lovely and a nice location central to the city. When we did have an issue with the shower, the hosts promptly arrived and made sure to fix the issue after which the shower ran perfectly. The space was perfect for a couple and we will likely stay there again the next time we are staying in Bristol!

We’ve just enjoyed a four night stay in Bristol heavily focused on shows at the Hippodrome. The flat was situated perfectly for easy walking to the venue, across to Cabot Circus and Broad Mead and also for exploring on foot further afield. The accommodation was extremely well furnished and decorated, very comfortable and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the secure parking was excellent. Communications with the company were spot on, their instructions were easy to follow and slight problems were resolved in a very speedy and impressive manner. All in all this was a great trip made even better with superb accommodation.

Great value for money

Great location with a parking privet spot , right next to a big shopping center and 30 minutes walk from the city center . The apartment was big , clean and well equipped and only small backdrow is a sec. Floor with no elevator and tight staircase when with baggages Louise was sweet and very helpful

It was a super cosy little studio room, a 10 min walk from the bus station and 5mins from restaurants, Show was super hot and tea and coffee on hand, the green blanket on the bed was THE BEST! So snuggly. If I ever go to Bristol again I would love to stay here again

Spacious, quiet and central - ideal

Really loved staying in this studio - I booked it specifically to avoid hot and noisy hotels, especially as it was a heatwave when I stayed. The accommodation was quiet and spacious with plenty of windows for fresh air, and it was more like a 1 bed flat than a studio - I loved having full kitchen facilities. It was fantastic all round. The only thing I would add is tea bags, as I was surprised there weren't any provided.... But that's the Brit in me, so this is did not reduce my high rating for this place. Highly recommend and a gem in central Bristol.

Parking easy, check in easy, keysafe easy. Lovely big room with everything we needed. The only one niggle was the TV was quite small for our old eyes to see from bed. But it won't put us off booking again.

Bristol City Stays - perfect!

The communication was very good and timely from the outset. Both Debbie and Louise provided detailed information/instructions about the property. I was given an upgrade which made the stay even more pleasant! I wanted more light and was moved to a larger apartment on the top floor. As the weather has been hotter this meant that the priority was much warmer. There was a balcony to relax on and they provided fans. The area is close enough to restaurants/bars/cafes and feels secure. A fantastic experience!

Nice place for the weekend and a great location. Shocked at the price. Lacking an iron, iron board and a hairdryer although advertised that the room came with these items.

We booked this apartment for the Women's World Rugby being held in Bristol. We had paid extra for secure parking. On our arrival the access code would not work, we called the phone number given, only to be told we had the wrong number, the correct number was sent to us, however we were told that person was unavailable, and to leave a message. After approx 20 minutes we got through and we were told you how need a fob to open the car parking gate. After almost an hour faffing around, we finally got our car parked and got into our apartment. The apartment was clean and very nice. Hand soap very nice, towels fluffy and smelt lovely.

Central location to shops and pubs. We walked everywhere thats how close our apartment was. We will definitely be returning to Bristol and the apartment. If the one we stopped in isn't available we will see if we can stop.in another. The only thing I was disappointed about was due not to having an iron and ironing board, which we had to borrow from another apartment cos the previos guest taking it, how desperate were they especially when it was a travel iron and a tiny ironing board. 😂😂. Next time I will either bring my own or just make sure I will iron b4 returning.

Spacious and clean. Easy to find and understand how to access. The only downside was that the TV didn’t work. It would just start the Netflix and then spin and spin and then restart the Netflix. Probably a WiFi issue, but the WiFi worked well on all other devices.

Ein nettes kleines Appartement im Souterrain eines typisch englischen Hauses. Für einen Stadtbesuch in Bristol völlig ausreichend. Nur ein paar Meter entfernt ist eine große Mall in der man gut Essen und bummeln kann. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Bristol sind gut erreichbar.
