Wonderful property in a a great location, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were available 24/7 at the front desk, which helped us to feel safe and the ladies working answered any questions we had. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed (utensils, glassware, cookware, etc). Would definitely stay again!

Omg we loved this property! Our hosts Abel and Priscilla were amazing and hospitable. Everything was cleaned, great restaurants and bars around, the neighborhood is amazing. Definitely would stay again!!! We can’t wait to come back!!!

Quiet street yet centrally located. Two separate bedrooms and bathrooms and air conditioning in each and living room and kitchenette. Very comfortable and staff was nice.

We loved staying here! It was very safe, clean, and well taken care of. The property is on a quiet street and very walkable to a ton of great restaurants and stores. We really appreciated the host and the security’s responsiveness! We would recommend anyone to stay here.

The property is in a great location in Roma Norte and you can walk many places - it’s a very safe neighborhood. The front desk staff are friendly. The only issue is checking in as you communicate through What’s App and the person may or may not be there. You can leave your luggage in the main entrance while the room gets prepared - just don’t leave valuables as the front door is wide open at times. The rooms are modern, large and very clean. There are water filters for drinking water which is excellent. The roof top is beautiful to relax - the pool could be cleaner. Overall an excellent place with wonderful staff

Tonala by Mr W is absolutely wonderful. Located in Roma Norte the property is close to many wonderful places to eat, have drinks and get groceries. It is also close to many interesting shops and access to public transportation. The 2 bedroom suite is contemporary, clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. The roof top is a nice place to relax. A great place to stay!

The staff was great. The building was secure as the staff was there 24/7 to let guests into the building. However, I would not stay here as a female traveler. The key codes for the rooms are not secure and there is no deadbolt once you are in the room. Our room was also loud, you could hear everything in the lobby area as well as outside on the street. The room we had was not swept well and there was food in the kitchen sink.

Great location in Roma Norte

Overall it was a great stay. The property is exactly like what it looks like on the photos and the location is hard to beat. But the exceptional part of the trip was how well Abel and Christian take care of every guest! Also big thank you to Melina for quick and easy communication! My only gripe was with the hot water heater being a bit temperamental, hope they can get that sorted for future guests.

Great location and nice apartment!! The apartment had everything one needs while on vacation. Our sofa was a bit dirty and our mattress was way too firm and wrapped in some plastic protector that made for a bad night sleep. However, the staff were so nice and welcoming. They were quick to address any issue. So many great coffee shops/restaurants within walking distance- AMAZING!! Great for families traveling with kids. We would stay here again!

We opted for Tonalá by Mr W, because of location. And we were not disappointed. It is in a great location to all things in Roma Norte. The condo was clean and had great lighting. Overall the apartment was very good and we would stay again. The apartment and building were very clean and tidy and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The location is excellent, on a quieter street in an excellent neighbourhood. The bed was comfortable and the living area spacious. There was some noise through the door from the corridor from people coming and going and from construction in the adjacent apartments. The work stopped late afternoon, so it didn’t affect our sleep. We didn’t feel great about the apartment door having code access, that wasn’t unique to our stay, and there was no deadbolt, but we felt better because there was always security at the building entrance.
