The staff were all super friendly and tentative. The beds were a little on the hard side but we enjoyed pur stay nonetheless. The location was also great, lots of places to go eat to were literally around the corner

Definitely should look into AC, they had fans but it would still be warm. Felt very welcoming when staying here. Very friendly staff. Wish they had washers and dryers.

Disgusting dirty misrepresentation.

Absolutely the worst. Misrepresented room. Looks nothing like photos. Is tiny. Is dirty. Manager promised to move me to the room that I actually paid for the following day but I was told that it was still full. Paid for 9 days. Checked out after 1. Ignored all attempts to process a refund so I had to do a chargeback. Other reviews online state there were bedbugs. Ignore at your peril.

No windows! Possibly illegal hotel

I spent 2 nights in this building. In summary: to avoid at all cost. - no windows to the outside in the room, no light of day: it is a fully closed environment. You can open an internal window but people taking the elevator then see your room. And still no daylight. Seems to be the case for all rooms I was told. Also no A/C so it feels suffocating - no outside sign in the street. That's why I am not even sure they are a registered hotel. I asked to see their license and they couldn't show it to me. - quite noisy - as the elevator is immediately in front of the room - terrible service: they do not answer the messages. Plus the receptionist was angry at me because he didn't hear the bell and said I was making too much noise for him to come open the door. - extremely expensive for what it is. I asked for a partial refund and they just denied it. - very little equipment (no iron in the room, no pan, no water boiler, very few places to store clothes and things) - I don't see how you are supposed to spend months there - they don't replenish anything when making the room, they essentially do the bed

El señor de la entrada muy amable sólo que cuando llegamos no sabían de nuestra reservación tema de los que hacen la reservación no de el, y tuvimos que esperar, el lugar muy húmedo no hay ventanas, cuando no queríamos bañar hubo agua fría, la señoritas de la limpieza muy amables en general la pasé muy bien solo esos aspectos.

Buena ubicación pero…

La ubicación es maravillosa te comunicas a restaurantes y bares súper fácil, eso es un puento a su favor además que el trato de los empleados es excelente. El chico de la entrada súper amable y atento. Sin embargo tiene sus puntos de mejora que Si me causaron incomodidades: yo creo que lo que ya han mencionado antes en las reseñas, 1. El olor a drenaje es terrible !! 2, les súper urge cambiar la ropa de cama y toallas, rotas, arrugadas y en malas condiciones. 3. El cuarto no tenía luz, me tenía que aluzar con el cel porque literal parecía la edad media, unas luces que no se veía nada. No sé si se fundieron o que me tocó el 202. Entiendo el concepto de la propiedad pero dentro de la habitación es imposible no maquillarse así, empaque en penumbras, 4. No les vendría más un espejo detrás de la puerta ya que no hay ninguno ni ganchos en el clóset, colgué la ropa en los bancos Me gustó el lugar como para regresar por los puntos que ya mencioné pero estos detalles me detendrían. Ojalá tomen en cuenta a los huéspedes para las áreas de mejora.

No lo vale, huele horrible el cuarto

Basura de hotel. No lo vale. Es como un cuarto de motel con algunos acabados mas modernos. Esta muy abandonado, el cuarto olia horrible, el baño es horrible y lleno de humedad (anexo fotos), la verdad con detalles bastante sucios. Por eso no me quede la otra noche que tenia. El servicio de la gente no es bueno. Con todo y que tuvimos una mala experiencia nos cobraron un extra por no avisar con tiempo (pero no conociamos el hotel ni como ibamos a pasar la noche)
