Nice and clean property and location in the heart of condado. No issues at all except the keys should be digital codes instead of a physical key chain. We lost the keys between 4 guests but we were lucky to find them in couple hours. We contacted the property and were told they’d show up in 40-45 min but no one did or followed up to make sure we got in or out. Besides the keys & communication, everything else was great.

Though the management acknowledges messages but one of the AC in the 1 bedroom we rented was out/not working. We called, someone came to check on it, promised to come back but never came back. I texted several times with the management about this issue, I was told they're not able to get a hold of the AC maintenance person. All we got after informing them that we're checking out is 'Thank you, safe travels' I definitely will be asking for part or all of my refund back.

Todo estuvo increíble con el unico problema de que en la unidad 6 donde me estuve quedando el sofá cama no lo pude utilizar por qué estaba pillado el zipper y túve que dormir en el dormitorio con mi hijo de 6 años mi niña de 11 meses y yo en la misma cama, dormimos un poco incómodos. También el grifo de agua del baño tiene el Hot and cold al revés y bañe a mis hijo y a mi con agua fría, y para la niña tuve que calentar agua en la estufa. Me di cuenta de esto del agua el último día. Pero de todo lo demás ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Property was clean and accommodating. Initially getting into the units lock box for the keys was inconvenient due to the lock box being stuck shut. Another resident ended up helping free the lock box after 30 minutes of trying. Would stay here again.

Great location, responsive staff, very clean (not gross at all), and modern. We felt very safe, loved the gated parking, and appreciated the remote-controlled AC in each room. If you're sensitive to strong, artificial scents like Febreze, just unplug the wall air freshener when you arrive. I did that, plugged it back in at checkout, and had no issues. The unit we stayed in had a private gate and then a full flight of stairs leading up to the entrance, so if you have any mobility concerns, I’d recommend requesting a unit without stairs. I’d definitely stay here again.

During the month of June 2025, Our Family was blessed to be able to spend a full week vacationing in San Juan, Puerto Rico!!! 🇵🇷 We were very fortunate to have Our 1st Air B&B experience be a WONDERFUL ONE!!! We chose a company named Bear located in Puerto Rico. They were very professional, friendly and quick to respond to our every inquiry or request. The Air B&B was clean, well-stocked with things we hadn’t even remembered to pack, such as aspirin for headaches and bandages for small unforeseen injuries. It was incredible how thorough Bear was for Me and my Family!!! They sent Us clear instructions with all of the necessary information we would need upon our arrival. We made a comment that due to our late flight, it was dark when we arrived and it made it slightly difficult to access all codes clearly. Immediately Bear responded by showing up to the Property and installed a solar light, making visibility automatically easier for all of Us! This will also make it more convenient for future Tenants! We appreciated their immediate support! We also requested additional towels during Our stay in which, like a magical fairy, there was a large bag with several sets of towels brought to the location at our doorstep. While there, Pest Control came to do routine treatment of the Property and we were planning to be out for the day, so there was no inconvenience to Us at all from this Service Appointment. Don’t sleep on Your opportunity to enjoy the Bear experience!!!

I had a fantastic stay at this vacation apartment! The space was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful at night. It is in a very good location. Walking distance to beach, many restaurants as well as nightlife activities. The property itself is clean. Security is good. We did have problems with the hot water because we weren’t turning the knob correctly. My biggest complaint is we had no WIFI the entire stay. The property manager was responsive and did send someone to check hot water. Overall the stay was good.
