This is a very nice apartment building in San Juan. The gates add more safety and they provide everything you need. I'd stay here again.

It is in a very good location. Walking distance to beach, many restaurants as well as nightlife activities. The property itself is clean. Security is good. We did have problems with the hot water because we weren’t turning the knob correctly. My biggest complaint is we had no WIFI the entire stay. The property manager was responsive and did send someone to check hot water. Overall the stay was good.

Though the management acknowledges messages but one of the AC in the 1 bedroom we rented was out/not working. We called, someone came to check on it, promised to come back but never came back. I texted several times with the management about this issue, I was told they're not able to get a hold of the AC maintenance person. All we got after informing them that we're checking out is 'Thank you, safe travels' I definitely will be asking for part or all of my refund back.
