Water outage for 36 hours. No drinking water provided by establishment. We had to use a bucket to collect swimming pool water to flush the toilet. No communication by staff concerning the outage. Confusion by owner on prepaid status & how to collect from hotels.com Required multiple phone calls on my behalf. No WIFI at all, even though they state that there is WIFI. Bed was 140 cms wide, not suitable for a couple, so my spouse had to sleep on a bunk bed in the other bedroom. Bathroom and shower area were not clean on arrival. Refrigerator needs replaced as freezer did not keep frozen food frozen. Laundry facilities had 1 machine that somewhat worked (needed to do 2 spin cycles otherwise clothes were drenching wet). Restaurant menu is overpriced. One can eat just as "authentic" creole food for 1/2 the price in St Francois. On a positive note, we did meet 2 nice couples. A little bit more attention by owner might be all it would take to make this place worth paying the price, but he seems to be someone that needs to get out of his truck when doing "rounds" and actually look at his properties. Very disappointed and do not recommend (although we could have to 3 families planning their summer trip to Guadalupe).

Joli Bangalow bien situĂ© ! Pas d eau pendant 2 jours et HonorĂ© le patron nous a mĂȘme pas averti. Et c'est moi qui a dĂ» aller vers lui, lui demander pourquoi il y a pas. d'eau. RĂ©ponse une coupure gĂ©nĂ©rale de la commune. Je lui est demandĂ© de me fournir de l'eau que je puisse prendre une douche. Il ma rĂ©pondu que je pouvais aller dans la piscine me laver. Je n'est pas du tout aimer ça rĂ©ponse. Il ma quand mĂȘme amenĂ© un bac d'eau mais je vous explique pas l'odeur de l'eau. Bref je retournerais jamais chez lui.

Pros: friendly staff, particularly Chef Miguel who was very accommodating even after hours, close to beach and nature paths, good bathroom and kitchen facilities Cons: wifi is falsely advertised (non-existent), mattress and pillows very uncomfortable, full restaurant only open for lunch, no fresh towels or toilet paper replenished for 7 days.

Abbiamo soggiornato in bungalow 1 stanza (letto matrimoniale). La parete attrezzata cucina (frigo-surgelatore, microonde, due fornelli) Ăš nella veranda. Unico neo il bagno interno che pur separato dalla stanza ha il soffitto in comune. Puo' essere imbarazzante, ma nulla di ingestibile per due persone... Igiene e pulizia ineccepibili. Un po' di zanzare ci sono, ma siamo ai tropici... Davvero gradita la colazione del primo giorno offerta dal gestore. Quotidianamente presente e disponibile, ma molto discreto (fatto apprezzabilissimo) Prezzi in linea con il mercato locale ( francese). Direi: Decisamente consigliabile.
