Good location

Location of property is awesome. 15 mins walk from esplanade where all cafes and shops are located. The biggest mall of cairns is just two mins walk away. Room was clean and well maintained.

Great location

Hi. My daughter and I stayed at your hotel for 4 nights, it was clean, the location was excellent, the service from all of the staff was brilliant, the pools were great for kids, a bit cold for adults but never the less kids loved them. The showers were great with plenty of pressure and hot water.Also very close to the major shopping centre within walking distance. We only have a couple of things that were not up to scratch, the 2 single beds joined together to make a "king bed"would have to be close to the most uncomfortablest my daughter and I have slept on in a long time, the springs and sides of the beds were just old and hard, the toilet would only half flush and the hot plate would run extremely hot them cold on the number 3 settling. The internet was fairly hopeless, most of the time it was battling to run emails let alone anything else.

Great short stay in Cairns

Lovely spot convenient to shopping and restaurants, our unit had everything we needed plus a lovely balcony overlooking the pool, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again, an easy walk to the waterfront

You can try your luck

The room 1107 faces the road and the traffic noise could be heard clearly every night. There was also some knocking sound coming from the heater inside the wardrobe and it would start in the middle of the nigh without fail. You can’t get a good night rest with all the noises. The suana room was stated in the information list that the opening hours was till 9pm. However, at 8.30pm it was locked and no where to get the keys at night. The good thing is the bbq pits are clean and the side gate was close by. There’s no lift to the 2nd storey which they call it first storey.

This is an amazing place and as someone who has just recently relocated to Cairns it was a great place to stay while try to find a house, I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

受付の方も親切で部屋も綺麗です。ベランダからプールに行けます。 エレベーターが無いと口コミで見たので下の方の階にして欲しいと事前に伝えたところ1階にしてくれました。 ショッピングセンターがすぐ近くにあるのもとても良いです。 あえて言うなら旅行中は疲れるのでバスタブのあるところの方が良かったな…と後悔しましたがそれ以外は不満ありません。

It was very close to shopping center and about a 15 minute walk to the the waterfront. Very walkable area and close to restaurents. Cost to airport was about $20 using Uber. It was a bit older property but still met our needs of doing laundry and walking around Cairns to go on tours.

Value for Money

Handy to Cairns Central for all shopping needs. Not near the water (but we didn’t pay for the view). Three stories with no lifts. Ask for the ground floor if stairs are not your thing (32 steps to the top floor!).
