Place was perfect for our trip. Pretty view and good location. The bed was very firm which was fine for us but could be a little softer for comfort, Thr towels were tiny, which just made it necessary to use 2 each, I would stay here again.

Indie Deep Ellum was a great place to stay! It was nice to have more space than a traditional hotel room, and the access to all of the amenities was super convenient.

This is an excellent upscale location in an ultra modern building which includes a patio, BBQs and gym. Very easy and safe walking, even to downtown.

I liked the area because of the atmosphere. It was walking distance to great eating and shopping area. The apartment was clean and the outside patio was quiet. The communication with Vrbo was great but it was more of three way communication. I left messages with the property manager about not have our room ready on time, no remote control for the TV nor did our fav get activated to enter into the building and other access to the building.

Really nice property. The apartment was a great size with a beautiful kitchen. So easy to get into with your codes and I loved the gym and balcony. Only issue was the pool was closed for repairs and I wish I knew that ahead of time. All around really great!

It was good, could use more dishes and cooking utensil types as well as more laundry pods. There were rags in the dryer which were useful but felt odd to find them in the dryer. We were unable to access the wifi as none of the codes provided worked.

The room was nice, big shower, bed was comfortable. Came into town for a concert. Clean, the pool was pretty. Only thing i didnt like was that you had to pay each time you parked and that was weird because ive never had hotels charge for parking. Parking fees add up quickly if you are going to different places. Overall, it was pretty and clean, but next time i will stay somewhere that includes parking

The washer/dryer was a nice surprise. The space itself was great. The bed was ok. It was the little touches that could use some help. Upgrading the toilet paper, tissue and towel quality would help give this place another star.

Housekeeping needs to be fired, our room was dirty upon arrival and when attempting to contact the buisness/owner we were treated like we were lying about the apartment conditions! We even sent picture proofs through email upon arrival and was still denied a refund!! Roaches, pubic hairs on sink, dirty towels and with food crumbs everywhere! Housekeeping offered they would clean again but when we came back to our “cleaned room” it was still in the same condition!! I would rate 0 stars if I could. So unprofessional! Do not come here!!

My wife and I stayed at Indie Deep Ellum during the Southern Baptist Convention in June. This was our first experience staying in an air B&B. The apartment was nice, spacious and clean. However, there were a few things that just didn't work the way we were lead to believe. The ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work. The key fob to get on the elevator and through some of the doors to the amenities didn't work. Thank goodness we were given a code to use the elevator and doors or we would have had real issues. And worst of all, the constant strong odor of Cannabis that filled the hallways and outside around the pool area was nauseating. Our stay wasn't a total disappointment, but I think my wife and I will stick to hotels from now on.

Paying for parking. No in out. Have to pay each time you go in and out. Have to go outside of parking area ( street ) to enter building. Not really safe with your hands full of luggage and entering code to get in door. ( Not the best the area )
