Property is advertised as a Comfort Inn, but is actually undergoing the transformation of becoming a Comfort Inn. It is still very much so operating as a motel on the south side of Chicago. Be safe.

This place looked like a whole in the wall I didn’t even stay the place was so dirty and I could not receive a refund looks disgusting and not even worth a $50 stay at minimum.

Horrible place

This property was horrible, elevator barely working, hallways look like a horror movie, they stink, rooms floor was dirty.

Never stay here!

That place needs to be shut down. I left after being there a couple hours. It was filthy the sheets were nasty bathroom nasty and the staff could care less. They are renovating or sold it to another company they should close until ready.

Was not aware by the photos that this is in a terrible area and that it is currently being remodeled. Knew as soon as we walked in with the full bag of chips just scattered across the couch in the lobby and the scratched up doors and walls everywhere this was not a decent hotel.

Both rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and neither were cleaned. Including a filthy toilet. Filthy floor and dirty cigarette burned comforters. I have photos. Do NOT stay here. It’s also not even a comfort inn yet and so we got duped into selecting it by reputation but it’s another hotel altogether and the management lies.

Someone needs to take a bulldozer and tear this thing down hotels also in a poor neighborhood lots of crime They tv in every room do not work No hangers for your clothes. The beds are still wrapped up in plastic on and on and on.

Dump of a place

Property was under construction and they didn't even have the room I booked, they proceeded to tell me I could upgrade for an extra $20. He gave us a kry to see the room and when we rounded the corner there were a ton of beds in the hallway and the place was filthy. We told them to refund our money and booked a new room in Tinley Park.

It was horrible. Tomorrow will be a week and I still have not received my $100 incidental fee back. The hotel is going through major construction. Mattresses were all in the hall on the first floor. Front door was wide open at 10 pm at night. I will stay here in the future.

We didn’t make it past the lobby. The property was dirty and uninviting. The receptionist looks at me, grabbed his phone and placed a “be back in 15 min” sign. We left and didn’t stay. It is turning in to comfort inn and suites but is currently something else.

DONT CHOOSE THIS PLACE

This place is a JOKE! Don't waste your money. They gave my room to someone else, so me and my three children had to sleep in one bed together for the first night of our stay. They moved us into a double room the next morning and it was FILTHY and looked TERRIBLE. Then had the nerve to ask for a deposit. I looked at them like the lunatics they are. PISS POOR PLACE.
