Nice quiet place with accommodating staff

Clean rooms, nice jungle garden settings and very close to airport, restaurants etc. The included breakfast was a bit lacking but then there are many other options nearby. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone making a quick stay in Puerto Princesa.

Comfortable and accessible to everything.

Personnel are very helpful and accommodating. The guard at night is very good and helpful.

disappointed with the breakfast.. you cannot watched tv from 11:45pm..napakahina ng water sa shower..staffs were kind though..won't recommend to friends..

Nice peaceful stay in Casa Fuerte

Had low expectations from the place but was pleasantly surprised. Staff were helpful. Room was very clean. Wish the bed had a headboard as I hit my head on the wall. Bathroom could use a towel rack and shower curtain but great that this small bed and breakfast had hot water and a bidet. Aircon and wifi were both strong.

Room was not suitable to stay in.

We were checked in to a room that was not suitable to stay in. The framed of the wall was rotten due to termite and water damage. I can't believe they have that room rented. They moved us to another room after I complained. The bed was not comfortable, bed sheet was very, very old, used to be color white but more on grayish now. Lots of big mosquitoes in the room. The continental breakfast was a joke. It consist of one egg, one slice of loaf bread, one slice of water melon ( 3 by 4 inches big including the skin) , a penny size of butter and jam and small cup of instant coffee. I am not exaggerating but this is all you find in the plate. I want to walked out but we have 2 rooms none refundable. It is for 3 nights each. Do not be fooled with the nice picture in their website. Moreover, I arranged to be pick up at 5:50 am to the airport, our flight was 7:55 am. It was already 6:35 am and still no driver. Again I fell sorry for the security guard, he was the only one there. There was a phone call for me, it was a woman at the front desk of the hotel. She told me I told her that I arranged for 5:50 PM. I did not argued with her since we are getting so late for our flight. Just common sense, the checked out time in this hotel is 12 noon. Should I be informing a late checked out then, if I want to be pick up at 5:50 PM????.

For he price you pay, it is a really nice place. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a tasteful sitting-area and the rooms are clean. Go there if you travel on a budget!!
