Very nice and clean. Very close to the train station and grocery store. Would have liked for the cleaners to come daily but overall it was a good stay.

Brilliant location, great transport links

It wasn’t quite as we were expecting, the kitchen really isn’t a kitchen and the balcony wasnt really as we had hoped, a place to sit out and read our books. we didn’t realise the hotel complex shared the complex with a retirement home. Which wasn’t a problem but was a bit of a surprise initially! Location was absolutely amazing! and for that reason alone we would rebook here.

The property needs to spray for mosquitos or other biting insects around the pool - we were not able to enjoy it due to this. More coffee packets should be provided for the amount of people and length of stay.

We really loved our stay at this place. Very calm and quiet.The reception is very welcoming. I think The hotel is newly renovated so it is very clean and well kept. room and a kitchen equipped with almost all the essentials(fridge,hob,microwave,plates and cutleries). A supermarket just beside the building. Tram going to the city center and train going around cote d azur(3-5mins walk) very nice! +++ the hotel has a pool.. being a shared hotel and senior residence doesn't bother and we even did not notice it at all.. definitely will choose to stay here again next time..

The room and hotel in general were very clean, the reception staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is only a 4 minutes walk from the train station which was convenient to get around (and about a 25 min walk to get to downtown Nice). Although it says it in the name, I wasn't aware that the place was also a "residence" (retirement home), so the building is shared between them and the tourists, which was kind of funny to see. The room was only cleaned once throughout our stay, which can be explained by it not being only a hotel. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the Cote d'Azur.

The property was different, in that it is combined with a senior care home - so the rooms are like stripped down senior suites. (No photos or embellishments - but a small kitchen with supplies and bathroom with safety elements.) There was no cleaning service over 4 days and we had to ask for extra towels/ toilet paper etc - and we ran out of soap. It was clean, the people are nice - and has a small pool which is nice. It just needs a little more service. It was an ok stay.

Not great

When we arrive, nobody could speak English communication was extremely poor and they only have one key per room. They’re coming in and out of the building was a headache. I was also charged double my room however after a long discussion I was able to get this back overall the experience was just not great. They only have one iron in the whole building which you can never seem to get hold of. We also asked for a baby coat which we never got.

Don’t stay here!

Nice clean spacious suite like rooms, relatively modern. Check in is a disaster, they are not prepared and they speak little to no English. Also at time of booking it was not made clear anywhere that this is also an old peoples home. We were charged an authorised fee too after we already checked out and the reception lady is saying she doesn’t speak English. On the first night our thermostat didn’t work (in a heatwave during 40°C) and we asked to move rooms, they said no and gave us a rubbish little fan instead. We slept very uncomfortably. The fact it said it was now a health hazard was quite concerning, that too during an actual heatwave. Would not stay again, sure the rooms are clean but the lack of capability of the staff , the chaos that occurs at check in and check out is a very poor experience for a consumer like me

This was out 8th visit to Nice and the surrounding area in the last 15 years and we found this the ideal property for those wanting to explore Nice and the surrounding area. Only a short walk to the tram line which runs into central nice and the old town and even the airport with a simple change between Ligne 1 and 2. The Nice Riquier station is of equal distance south of the hotel and will get you to the popular beach of Villefranche Sur mer in less than 2 mins or Monaco in approx 20 mins. Grand Corniche bus stop opposite the hotel takes you to the port or many other neighbouring villages/beauty spots. Walk to the port is about 15 mins, old town approx 25 (we had 2 kids under 10 with us). The decent sized Super U supermarket is housed underneath the hotel so provisions are easily accessed. Rooms are a decent size and beds comfortable. Kitchen is sufficient for a family of four but could be slightly better equipped. The reception team are very welcoming and spoke good English to support our not so good French. We had a delayed flight and arrived near to 1am but the night staff met us at the door and provided a key with no hassle. The hotel is twinned with a seniors residence which makes for a lovely and quiet environment, perfect for young families or couples looking for a quieter hotel. The pool was also far better than we anticipated. A Good size and depth for our 2 children and great to cool down in the hot weather.

When we booked this we were under the impression it was an apartment hotel. After arriving we realised these apartments are part of a nursing home for older people. When we arrived the door was locked with no reception luckily another person had a key and let us in The pool was small and there were only 5 or 6 sun loungers so we didn’t get a chance to get on those as they were always full. The staff you couldn’t fault, very friendly and they kept our bags safe whilst we went out on our day of departing. Although some of them speak very little English. The room it’s self was spotless and everything was in working order, a very decent sized fridge, and the Aircon was great and kept the room very cool. If we were to be really picky I would say a sheet to sleep in rather than a duvet would be better as it did get very hot at night, even with the cool Aircon on and the pillows where a little uncomfortable I think the main issue we had as it was advertised as a hotel, no where on the booking did it say you would be sharing with a nursing home. Although we had our towels changed twice during our 5 night stay, they only came in once, they didn’t clean the room or tidy up the bed when they came in to change towels and toilet roll, which is what you would expect at a hotel. All in all. It was a good and clean stay, just make sure you are okay staying in a nursing home. It also very close to the train station for easy access to Monte Carlo etc.

Soluzione ottima . Stanza comoda con tutti i comfort . Parcheggio sotterraneo ben servito dagli ascensori . Vicinissimo alla stazione per spostamenti agevoli. Per chi vuole girare Nizza e dintorni lo consiglio . Siamo stati solo 4 notti quindi volendo girare e visitare non abbiamo avuto il tempo di fare un bagno in piscina o fare una partita a scacchi o a biliardo tutto servizi inclusi. Sarà per la prossima volta.

Bra läge - sämre service

För oss var läget utmärkt. Vi reste runt i stan och regionen och det var alltid nära och enkelt till kommunikation. Bra med liten lägenhet med pentry. Vi kunde handla i mataffären och äta frukost på rummet. Poolen var liten med få bäddar men för oss ändå bra att ha. För hotellet skulle jag rekommendera att införa städning av rum! Vi som familj var där en hel vecka utan att nån städning gjordes. Inte heller har man tillgång till städutrustning - vi köpte trasor för att kunna hålla badrum och kök i ok skick. Men ingen påfyllning av toapapper ens, lite trist att springa runt på hotellet en sen kväll för att hitta en rulle. Känslan blir - dålig service.

Vi boede i en dejlig ferielejlighed med altan. Der var kun rengøring én gang i løbet af ugen. Det synes vi er for lidt. Derudover ligger hotellet et stykke væk fra centrum, havnen og stranden.
Dejligt med pool og et par solsenge til tiltrængt afslapning.

Vi hadde et bra opphold på Zenitude hotel, som har en fin beliggenhet om man ønsker å bo litt utenfor sentrum. Vi tok trikken til sentrum, men man kan også gå til sentrum/havnen. Vi spiste ikke frokost på hotellet, men var innom for å se om det kunne være fristende. Lite utvalg av mat, og veldig dyrt. Vi spiste på et lite bakeri som ligger rett ved siden av hotellet, og fikk mye god kaffe og mat for pengene der. De som jobbet på hotellet var behjelpelige og hyggelige.
