Great apartment. Good location and clean. Very good shower. The only problem is the smell in the apartment. It maybe because it’s in the basement and the ventilation is somewhat poor. Overall it’s a nice place to stay.

Apartments are quite new. We were on the 5th level and the lift was handy. There is a small shared terrace on L6 which would be quite handy if we stayed longer. The checking process worked well, automated machine in lobby, just need the code from the place to access the front door to the lobby first. Location is close to the main tourist areas, the laneway it’s on is a little “grungy” but not unsafe. Lots of restaurants nearby and walk to public transport - including a 10 minute walk to the train station. The kitchen was clean and very well equipped and there was even a washing machine, full size refrigerator. Bed was large and comfortable (firm). The only complaint was a sewer smell coming from the toilet. We would stay again, for the amenities, location and price

The property was an excellent place to stay. However, it was very confusing receiving communication from the property about the check-in process after booking. They provided a link, but it didn't work. They provided a phone number, but don't tell you that you need to use WhatsApp to contact them. They did not have an email option to contact them, which they should have. When I could not reach the property, I contacted Expedia's help desk, who initially was unable to contact them. After more than 20 minutes, the property finally responded. They needed to communicate only through WhatsApp. Once we understood that, we reached out on WhatsApp and everything went very smoothly after that. The check-in also went smoothly once we were able to contact the property and received the information how to access the property electronically. They should make clear that bookers need to have WhatsApp to communicate with them and they should provide instructions as to how to obtain check-in information. Other than that issue, I would highly recommend the property because it is an easy 10 minute walk to the train station - which was wonderful and the property was beautiful and very new, modern and clean.

Habitación genial, amplia, cómoda y bien situada, repetiría y recomendaría sin dudarlo. Lo único, si gestionaran el check-in de la máquina para que no hubiera fallos sería ideal, pues tuvimos que esperar un poco aún poniendo los datos correctos, cuando estás deseando entrar a la habitación con un niño. En cualquier caso, es ideal.

We booked 2 apartments for 4 adults and 3 young children. The space is perfect with 1 queen size bed in the bedroom and 1 full size sofa bed in the living room. It does come with a small kitchen with electric cook tops, washing machine and full size fridge. The location is about 15 minutes to most of the tourist attractions or a short walk to bus stations where you can take bus to Alhambra. It would have been a great stay given the space, location and convenience of the place. However from checking-in to stay, the communication with the apartment management has been very limited and unsatisfactory. The description regarding checking in process on Hotels.com is inaccurate and the apartment management would not send anything for their virtue checking in until the day before. They won’t respond anything other than direct phone calls and having e-sim with only internet access, this has been frustrating and challenging. We tried emails them and message them via hotels.com’s messaging system regarding maintenance issues such as non-functional washing machine in one of the units, checking-in issues with one of the 2 apartments, shower draining issues in one of the apartments, all were not answered or addressed. The apartments were located on the 5th floor. During the last 2days of our stay, the elevator stopped working. Yet there were no signs of attempts for repair. I wonder whether the management ever knows these issues. In a way, it’s almost pure luck that we stayed ok.

Die Unterkunft war toll, bequemes Bett und auch sonst alles vorhanden was man braucht, alles war sauber, die Unterkunft ist ganz neu. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist in 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof da und auch in 10 Minuten in der Stadt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele einzukaufen in wenigen Minuten sind Lokale und Tapasbar zu erreichen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, ich würde hier immer wieder Übernachten.

Das Appartement hat uns überzeugt!

Leider fanden wir noch einige Haare im Bad und es gab wohl vorher einen Wasserschaden, wo im noch nicht alle Arbeiten abgeschlossen wurden. Insgesamt war es aber ein sehr schönes großes zweistöckiges Appartement mit vielen Extras. Der Check-In am Automaten, wo für 2 Erwachsene und auch für alle drei Kinder alles abgefragt wurde, einschließlich Personalausweisdaten, selbst für die Kinder (11,11 und 14 Jahre alt), war sehr nervig.

El apartamento está bien ubicado y bien reformado, pero no está bien equipado: casi no tiene utensilios de cocina, no tiene mampara ni cortina (lo que hace que todo el baño se encharque al ducharse). La insonorización tampoco es buena, lo que hace que a las mañanas sobre todo se oiga mucho ruido: ascensor, puertas de otras habitaciones, etc. El sistema para entrar a la habitación no es claro, cosas que hizo que tardaremos bastante en poder entrar.

Pas d’instructions d’arrivée

Nous n’avons pas reçu les inscriptions pour l’arrivée malgré 3 mails la semaine précédente. Il fallait un code pour accéder à l’immeuble que nous n’avions pas. On a dit aller à la réception qui se trouve à 15 min de marche. Avec des enfants c’était relativement compliqué de faire des aller retour surtout quand ni les mails ni le numéro de téléphone de répond. C’est vraiment dommage car le logement est bien. A prendre en compte que le logement n est pas très bien insonorisé et le Check In est très long. Mais sûrement que si nous avions reçu le mail pour s’enregistrer en amont il n y aurait pas eu tout ces problèmes.
