Staying at GRANQUAL Horikiri was super nice! The rooms are super clean and it's near a university and hospital, so the area is generally very safe. Horikiri Station is only a 2minute walk away, but it is a little far from the main city. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Japan!

This apartment is a minute walk to Horikiri station and a short ride to Kita Senju. It is a quite residential area but easy access to the train. There were slippers in the closet by the front door which I didn't find until my last night. No shoes past the front door policy. The floors could have used a sweeping before our arrival. It was a little grimy on bare feet. Overall I was very happy with the accommodation and would stay again.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Cheaper but way bigger than other hotels I've been to in Tokyo. Very new. Very clean. Bathroom looks great. Has a kitchen. Has a washing machine. Has AC. Multiple door locks. Right next to the train station. 711 is a 10 minute walk (you can buy cheap laundry detergent there). Very safe and clean neighborhood. Definitely will stay again.

Room was very good. This was my first stay in Japan as a first time go-er. I have never seen a Hotel where you check in by submitting a online form to access your room since it appears to be a staff-less building. They clean the room after your stay I believe. They give you codes for main door and lock box with the keys to your room. Still a great spot. Keep noise level in mind. The locals appreciate some silence. And it's right next to the Horikiri station so you can be on the go. Would I come back here? YES. 👍

An old Japanese house.the stairs was so small that it is necessary to be very careful not to fall. You need to walk 5 10 minutes to the subway. the host has too many rules. Wash the dishes, throw all the dust outside bin, put the towels into the basket. I wanted to ask if ı clean the house and change sheets :) she/he answers quickly and allowed us to enter the house early. Thank you so much for that.
