Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was nice with variety of things to choose from. The hotel is 10min from the station and few min.from a foodstore. I had a nice stay and will definitely return. The staff are kind expect from one receptionist. She is rude and very unwelcoming unfortunately.

Very clean apartment and comfortable beds. Kitchenette was useful for basic needs. Receptionists could be trained to smile :) Note: it's a fair bit of walk from the metro station (10-12 mins)

I really like that the property is located juat outside Paris in Puteaux. The Metro Train is very clean and a 10 minute walk to take you anywhere you want to visit in Paris and surrounding areas. The staff is considerate, kind and front desk is open 24/7. I enjoyed my first time in France and would recommend to stay here for anyone wanting to getaway and relax after a long day of walking and embracing the iconic sights and sounds of Paris and it's surrounding areas. I would stay there again.

The only concern was laundry terrible , only one machine and people go and leaves their clothes in the machine and they don’t have rules about it. Also no coins machine and they don’t have change at the lobby. But all the rest was perfect.

Nice hotel for reasonable price. There weren't a lot of restaurants/shops nearby since it's a business district, but the area was quiet and very walkable to the metro stop. The price was economical, but meant paying extra to get fresh towels. The staff were nice and helpful, the room was clean and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay.

I used the hotel for a family trip, but after a day of accommodation, I did not replace the towel, so I asked the staff to replace the towel, so I felt so bad that the staff had to pay.

Initial booking was difficult. Staff was friendly and the unit was nice and centric. Grocery store and train station was close by. Unfortunately the unit had ants. Not a huge amount but enough to be mildly annoying. Notified the staff but there was no chance for them to send someone to take care of it while we were there.

Great location in a quiet safe area near a metro station La Defense M1 /yellow line/...10 min walk. Carrefour City nearby / 1min walk/. Helpful staff, clean studio, fully equipped kitchen...everything was perfect. Keep in mind that if you stay for less than 8 days, there will be no visit from a housekeeper

Hotel room was very clean, spacious and well-designed. Very comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, glasses and cutleries were provided) and clean bathroom. We were a group of four staying in the 2 double beds connecting rooms. The rooms were both facing the courtyard with a balcony. Check-in was great too, the receptionist, Sunny was very polite, kind and accommodating. All other staffs we met were nice too! We felt safe in the area with just 10 minutes walk to the metro station. If you are looking for a stay out of the busy central Paris and a quiet neighbourhood, I highly recommend this hotel! It’s on M1 line so I thought it was quite convenient.

La Defense

This was our first place to stay in France and a 5 out of five as the best. We had requested 2 beds several months ahead and checked in 5 minutes after check in time. Their parking was hard to find and elevators from parking was difficult to find. BUT we were given two adjoining suites for the same price as our original booking. Construction was going on but they respected the guests. There is a mini mart, with beer and wine, one small block down and wonderful restaurants the other way just walking.

A great little hotel, with rooms that contain small well-stocked kitchens. Puteaux is a nice quiet clean area with Ubers available, and Metro stop only 10 mins walk away. Felt like a small rural town, but right next to financial “La Defense” area that has shopping and more. I was doubtful about booking because I felt it was too far out of central Paris, but it’s fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Complaints: TV didn’t seem to work. A channel would get fuzzy after only a few minutes. No vent in the bathroom, so a lot of steam build up. Maybe a little dim in the rooms, but all these things fairly minor. Internet speed was solid. And windows opened widely. I’d return for sure.

The hotel is not comfortable. The vending machine for water and drinks is out of order. Don’t trust the hotel staff to hire your a taxi on behalf of you. They had a booked a very bad taxi for me. The driver had overcharged me 100% on the taxi fare. The hotel still not reply me the taxi company information on resolving it. Not helpful at all and gave tourist a extremely bad image.

Disappointed

We knew it was going to be basic, and we're happy as long as it was clean. We booked 2 x inter connecting rooms so my teenager had his own room. There was plenty of space, and they had a small kitchen. The staff were friendly upon check-in. The rooms are only serviced if you stay 8 nights or more and there is a charge if you want your towels changed. The one pillow you are provided with is as flat as a pancake, so I didn't get a decent night's sleep in the 5 nights We stayed. I asked 3 times for an extra pillow, but it never appeared. We also had to ask for loo roll, which I felt didn't go down too well. The TV had loads of channels, but only about 3 worked as there was 'no signal'. The channels that worked were either French or CNN. It is very quiet, so that's a plus. There is a Carriefour at the end of the street if you turn right out of the hotel. If you turn left and left at the end of the block, you will find a Dominoes. I wouldn't stay in La Defense again as there isn't really anywhere to eat. The restaurant across the road is barely open. I wouldn't choose to stay at this hotel either due to the fact that you ask something for three times and still not get it. I didn't feel it was an unreasonable request.
