The kitchen was perfectly stocked! The beautiful beach was right across the street. I used the rockers on the porch for sunrise! The unit was beautifully decorated...beach style! Front desk was so friendly! I will stay again!

This place is adorable. Very comfortable, clean, cozy and located right across from the beach. Unfortunately they were doing construction in beach parking lot but still enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely rent there again.

I grew up on the Cape and stayed here to attend a reunion. I loved it was centrally located and all the feels of the Cape culture. The staff was amazingly accommodating and friendly. The rooms were perfect for my vacation and added to the ease and comfort of visiting home again.

Fabulous location, across the street from a small beach with a view of Martha’s Vineyard and walkable to the ferry. It was nice to have a refrigerator and kitchenette in the room and balcony to watch the sunrise.

The hotel was small but really nice with all the necessities for a stay. I loved that we literally walked across the street to hit the beach. The pool is small and my kids (13 & 15) were really bummed they weren’t allowed to sit in the hot tub.

Great location - right across the street from the beach (no fee to enter), terrific pool and hot tub - all fenced in and you need a code to enter (no walk-ins). Premises was clean, beautiful rooms with updated kitchen, two bathrooms, sleeper couch and a private king size bedroom. Walk into town (Main Street), less than a mile (or bike in). Great Cape Cod experience!

A great find!

Absolutely loved my stay. I have stayed in several places in Falmouth, this one has been the cleanest by far. Even though the weather wasn't the best, this location was perfect. Access to the beach and pool were great options. Because I stayed during race weekend, I had an awesome viewing spot to watch and support all of my friends running. My unit had all the necessary amenities needed for a stay that made me feel right at home.
