ダウンタウンに近いホテル

ホテルはまぁ普通といった感じです。 簡単な朝食もありますし、泊まるだけなら何も問題はないと思います。 周りにレストラン一件くらいであとはコンビニ、ファーストフードがあります。 コンビニ以外は全て22時までの営業です。 雪の降る中にトロントに夜遅く着いたので自分達はコンビニでお菓子を買い、その日はそれで過ごしました。 行かれる際には、先に食事をされた方が良いと思います。

このホテルにしてこのレベル、という感じ。エコノミーホテル。節約したい人向き。素泊まり感覚。二階建てエレベーター、ポータなし。簡易朝食はシリアルが湿気ってた感じ。 センターから少し離れているが、公園やビーチには好ロケーション。センターから離れていることは特に不便ではない。

Downtownからは離れているが、その分安いので、安いホテルを探している人向け。 ホテルへは501番の路面電車で約30分くらい。停留所の目の前なのでわかりやすい。 部屋には冷蔵庫あり。Wifiも安定していた。 ホテルにはランドリーはないけど、近くにコインランドリーがある。KFCなど、飲食店もそこそこある。

Positive surprise in Toronto

Great hotel, excellent price for product. Although accommodation seems at first out dated, it was a real positive surprise. Very clean, spacious room, excellent comfortable and not too soft bed, good breakfast, very friendly and service oriented staff, parking next to hotel. Reasonably easy to find, about 5km from downtown (walkable)

My room was dirty and had to ask for a new one. The staff was not very friendly about it either and didn’t care to fix the problem and make us happy.

We couldn't even stay the first night, for there was a loud and aggressive man running up and down the halls yelling and banging on the walls. We called the front desk to complain and the front desk clerk confronted him and the man got more aggressive. The front desk clerk said he'd call the police several times to the man but never did, we feared for our personal safety and left (never even stayed a night). The front desk clerk was confused why we were leaving even after witnessing this aggressive man and doing nothing about it.

Wont stay here again.

Our room had a funny smell to it and water damage and mold in one corner of the room...pics on hotels.com are not what room was like, very deceiving...night staff seemed like we were inconveniencing him, morning staff was a very friendly gentlemen. I thought I would be getting a nicer room for what i paid.

A hidden gem.....

I found this hotel August 2019 when I moved my daughter to Michener University. Lovely workers, very clean rooms and a very safe place to be. (The free parking didn't hurt my feelings at all!) That's why my husband and I returned to this same hotel for our visit with our daughter in Feb 2020. Will stay here again.

I don’t write reviews often, but I needed to for this hotel because I didn’t see a review on here that warned me about everything I experienced before I booked. I should have taken a look at other reviews on other websites as well. Little things like the wallpaper peeling do not bother me. It’s lack of cleanliness and amenities I’m promised that I do not receive that do. First, the hair dryer was broken. Okay, not a huge deal. I’ll let my hair air dry. Second, when taking a shower some of the water got past the shower curtain and onto the floor, so I wiped it up... and collected a bunch of toe nails by the toilet. Gross!! Third, there was no breakfast. We got the continental breakfast because the other breakfast for our room option was sold out. The juice machine wasn’t working and the yogurt machine wasn’t working either. There was nothing else to drink unless you wanted to purchase from the pop machine. Our breakfast consisted of bananas and muffins. The only thing we did like about this place was that bed was actually quite comfy. There is a $200 fine if you smoke inside your room. Which is fine, we are not smokers so this didn’t concern us. We did read some reviews about other people getting charged regardless if there smoke or not. Perhaps it’s because they were using electronic cigarettes? Not sure, but we didn’t have this issue. If the bathroom was clean and there was breakfast, this would have been a decent stay for what you pay for.

Good location. Quaint area of Toronto. Breakfast was nothing special. Breakfast room workers friendly. Man at reception never smiled. We heard the hotel was slated for demolition in the spring which explains why it looks neglected.

Convenient for access to Gerard street Indian Shops and restaurants. Hotel itself unremarkable/very dated with very cramped parking, but our room was clean. So was very adequate to crash and get a good nights rest. Heater worked fine in room. Breakfast was just okay - we mainly had coffee and OJ each morning. Free parking and free WiFi is a plus. We got room with 2 doubles even if we had booked 2 queens. But it was okay for 3 of us, so we did not bother to try and change. Front desk was helpful when we requested 1pm checkout.

Dirty hotel

The hotels cleanliness was extremely substandard. The place had a very dusty musky smell to it in the hallway and in our room. With his stains all over the carpet in our room, as well as filthy bathroom. The price was very unreasonable for the quality of cleanliness the hotel provided.
