Lovely place to commune with nature.

The place is very simple but clean and well equipped, friendly staff and sorrounded by nature, with a beautiful beach a 5 minute walk away.

Hamid, the front Desk/Manager is absolutely Amazing… Super friendly and helpful.. the cabanas are small and sparse but don’t let that deter you… amazing flowers and Birds everywhere…just a short walk to the Beach…. Would recommend all day every day… for the money it will be hard to beat…..

En reslidad se ajusto a lo que buscabamos, un lugar privado y tranquilo, cerca de puerto viejo, punta uva y manzanillo. La ubicación fue perfecta. Las casitas están rodeadas delbosqye lluvioso, aun asi, no sentí muchos mosquitos. En la mañana vi un tepescuincle pasar cerca de mi, fue interesante.

Der Bungalow war sehr schön, gut ausgerüstet, sogar mit Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank. Empfang bei Ankunft sehr gut. Andere Mitarbeiter dürften freundlicher sein. Fussweg zum Strand ist praktisch. Velos waren leider nicht verfügbar. Nachts ist der Weg von der Hauptstrasse zur Unterkunft dunkel. Gerne wieder, können wir empfehlen.

En Mar y Luz la atención es inmejorable. Las casitas cuentan con todos los servicios necesarios para pasar una estancia cómoda. Son divinas y muy acogedoras. Cercanas a bares, restaurantes, súper mercados y playas.

Petits bungalows dans un jardin, si vous souhaitez vous doucher c'est très difficile car la pomme de douche est HS (complètement bouchée par le calcaire) 8/9 trous seulement, à la place du lavabo vous avez un lave-main avec un robinet qui n'est pas fixé. Donc, vous allez à la kitchenette et là le robinet également n'est pas fixé, mais en plus l'écoulement n'est pas fonctionnel et l'eau se répand sur le sol du bungalow ! Les bungalows ont besoins de gros travaux pour être proposés à la location : à fuir !

Overall mediocre.. mostly due to rude neighbors and lots of dogs barking. I realize staff can't really do anything about neighborhood dogs but from all the reviews I read I was expecting to be woke up by howler monkeys... The rooms are about 2 meters apart and have only screens for windows (which I didn't read about anywhere in the description) so if you have neighboring guests who are the least bit loud during the "horizonal hokey pokey" ( haha the "s" word is apparently inappropriate language) you're going to hear it.. every bit of it. Bring ear plugs. Other than that, it served it's purpose but nothing special.

Lovely but rustic. If you want a quiet, secluded experience then this is your place. It's like camping but with solid walls and running water. Very relaxing and don't worry about no air con, the fans in the room cool it nicely at night.

Très jolies petites cabanes colorées avec terrasses. Bon mélange entre confort et nature. L'intérieur est ouvert avec des moustiquaires. Coin très tranquille et agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter.
