Lovely apartment . Cleaned room daily. Found the finger print exit challenging and we were given a card access which was less stressful for us. Excellent security. Lovely views of Jhb, Sandton and Northcliff.

The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped the staff were efficient and friendly. There were staff on reception 24 hours a day, which helped with our early morning collection. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely modern apartment. Daily cleaning was done. Super washing machine and dryer. Some nights other people on same floor were very noisy. Nice and close to malls and we really enjoyed going to Sunday market.

The room was spotless and just as pictured. The housekeeping staff were all great and kept up with the cleaning. The reception staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Shout out to Lehoho and Byron and all the sweet girls. Highly recommend staying here.

I was woken up in the night by a whatsapp message on the payment confusion and went back forth trying to confirm if submitting card details would mean at check in the amount would be deducted from my card

The location is prime -- a short walk to the Rosebank Mall, Shops and Restaurants. Ubers come pretty quickly at all hours within 3 minutes. The building is modern with a lot of smart features. But, I would not stay again. 1. I traveled with a small child and the executive apartment room was too small. That's a preference issue not a hotel issue. It would probably be okay for a solo traveler or business trip. 2. We did not have towels in the room. A minor issue easily fixed with a quick call to housekeeping but as a seasoned traveler, I expect my room to be ready. 3. There was a kitchenette but the stove was a "smart stove." It took 45 minutes for someone to come and figure out how to operate it. The person sent couldn't figure it out and had to send someone else. Again, not a major issue but when you have a small child screaming for their breakfast and you can't even operate the stove and then on top of that you keep calling the front desk and they say "someone is coming," the appeal of the place starts to wear off. 4. My smart washer/dryer malfunctioned. It kept running for nearly 24 hours on the wash cycle and the dry cycle never kicked in. Finally, at 10 pm housekeeping gave me a key to another unit. It took about 2 hours to get the clothes 90% dry. It was a fairly small load.
