Nice compact studio apartment in the heart of Nerja. It has a rooftop terrace for some outdoor time/sun bathing etc. It is on a quiet street, very little traffic noise. Todo bien.

I liked the location, easy access to shopping and bars/restaurants. Beach only 5 minutes walk. I didn’t like noise outside, traffic. We put out our clean room sign on our door, was ignored sometimes. This resulted in towels not as clean as wanted and we had to buy some toilet rolls due to us running out.

Fantastic location, less than 5 mins walk to shops, bars and restaurants and the beach. Good air conditioning, comfy beds but the decor and furniture are a little dated (the fridge looked like something from the 70s and froze the water bottles) and the shower was not much more than a trickle. However, none of these were really an issue and will stop me returning!

5 minutes walking distance to the centre. Restaurants and bars very near. Open air car parking at €1 was 6 minutes away, at the rear of the Mercadona supermercado . Do not use the Plaza España underground parking as it is hugely expensive . The apartment we had was clean and ok, but modernization is definitely needed.

The receptionist was polite and friendly. The interior is surprisingly big, with an MC Escher-like arrangement of floors, stairs and other spaces. The room was quite basic but perfectly adequate and inline with the prices, so good value for money. Bed was a little short for me (I'm 6 foot tall) but I slept well. It was a quiet inside the building, even though the small road outside is quite a busy thoroughfare. There's a nice tapas bar underneath too. It's only a short walk to the middle of town and Balcone de Europa. All in all, a pleasant stay.

We stayed in room 2, in the single bed next to the window, the mattress spring is squeaky, the bedding isn’t clean, I can see several short hair from previous people, on the fitted sheet and in between the bed cover and flat sheet. The shower head was too short and it leaks when you held by hand. Shower curtain was too short, doesn’t cover the shower from front to back, and water would spray out of shower stall because the shower head can only aim at back of shower wall. Sound proof is not great, can hear people talking and walking above and nearby. The room is spacious, location is great. 10 minutes walk to the balcon de europe. The roof top pool was good for cool down after a hot day. In room AC very comfortable. However, I wouldn’t stay again because of unclean bedding.
