I ask one night for toilet paper and someone talking too loud outside and nothing was done. No toilet paper no quietness.

First time in Canoga Park

First time ever, but not so good, there was no hot water in the sinks, only in the shower, wooden floors were not too appealing (Carpet would have been better). The staff was great and the front desk, but the room was too noisy, it felt like there was no insulation and stair case outside was too loud and every step outside could be felt and heard inside the room. May the location of the Room # 116 was not the best. We came from San Jose, and had a one night stay at super 8, we will be coming to Canoga Park regularly for the rest of the year due to an event.

The most uncomfortable check in I have ever experienced. The gentleman checking us in would have rather have been anywhere else but there. After that it was a decent stay. Nice clean rooms.

You need to give me more vouchers

Crazy people, poison gas in the rooms, the crazy people waiting for me to leave when I was attacked with poison gas to access original federal court documents in my room expected me to probably die, I survived but left with extreme chest pain and back pain, still suffering!

Look elsewhere

First of all, we knew this wasn't going to be a "nice" hotel despite to price point (I guess that's LA on a Saturday night). There aren't a lot of economy choices in the area and we literally needed a place to crash after a nearby show so we went for it. Overall it was a crappy decision. The bed had a blanket with awful stains between 2 scratch sheets - that's it. The desk guy was so rude I didn't even try to get additional bedding late at night so we slept with no blanket. Again - didn't expect the Ritz, just a basic level of service and cleanliness at the price point. It was one of those "at least the car didn't get broken into" choices. If you have the option, look elsewhere.

Not recommended Overpriced! The room smelt bad.breakfast was bagels and bread in the fron foyer! The shower clogged up the bath tub - yuk! When we arrived the host was creepy and unwelcoming.

This place had a lack of hot water. The room was nice & clean with flooring instead of carpet, which I enjoyed. However.. I like HOT showers & didnt get one until the 3rd night! Tried a change of rooms but 2 others had the same issue, so not an isolated problem. Suspect new owners are trying to operate on the cheap, they need to fix this quick or you should stop listing them for bookings altogether.

We were just staying for one night, but it did the job! The bed was super comfortable. As were the pillows. Bathroom was clean. The room was huge! I’d stay again!

Decent no frills motel for the price

Decent no frills motel. Affordable. Clean. Comfy beds and bedding. Spacious room. Tile flooring throughout. Older style motel AC ... the temps were in the 90s during our 3-day stay, and the AC could not cool the room down until night. They should not advertise as a free breakfast, as there was only coffee. There was never any actual food there when we went. It seemed like there were always problems at the front office ... the manager was often yelling at someone. We came for vacation... it’s not very welcoming and comforting to hear yelling and arguments in the front office. Places to eat within walking distance are limited to a sushi bar next door. Nothing in walking distance for breakfast.
