First apartment we were put in was dirty old and not like the pictures when we booked. Liselle changed the apartment immediately and it was much better, hot water iffy at best. The apartment was well equipped easy walk to restaurants, great views.

We love these apartments! The office staff were very friendly and helpful, suggesting places to visit and see on our first trip to Knysna, which couldn't have been better!. The apartments are superb and have everything you could wish for, and if we wanted anything else, the office staff helped us out. They are just minutes safe walk away from the waterfront and the cafes, restaurants bistros, etc. Highly recommended, and looking forward to our return visit.

Great location secure properties

The property was well appointed and equipped (unlike others on the site) and very secure.The staff were friendly and helpful.The outlook was lovely and was great for eating in. Our only complaint was given how much we paid ,we had no change of sheets and no cleaning (this was extra) so this was not really acceptable or value for money However we enjoyed our stay very much

Awesome view on Knysna Laguna

Lovely apartment with much space, nice veranda (BBQ included), and astonishing view on Knysna Laguna. I would definitely go there again. The only thing to improve is the WiFi which is free but very slow.

Home from home

The location of the apartment on the water is fantastic. It is peaceful and only a very short walk to the marina which is the main tourist part of town and very safe. Patrick the site manager was a great help in booking trips for us. The apartment itself was spacious and very homely. I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Knysna.

Two night stay at Laguna Grove complex

Arrived on a weekend so had to get the keys and do a self check-in. A little complicated but worked out at the end. The appartment is spacious and comfortable. We were on the third floor which afforded a good view of the bay. Beds are nice and the living room area with the heater was great. There is only a washer (that didn't quite work for us but Patrick offered the one next door instead) but no dryer. Patrick was very helpfull and accomodating. The covered parking was a great plus as it was raining when we arrived. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
