Ok for a 1 night stay, clean & modern, but very basic hotel, no safe in room, lady on reception very pleasant. Wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Lovely warm welcome
Lovely hotel right on a blue flag beach, so much better than large chains, food was excellent quality, a car would be an advantage, as a lone traveller I felt very safe

En fait, nous n'avons pas séjourné à l'hôtel. La chambre que nous avions réservée n'était parait-il pas disponible (pb de plomberie, nous a-t-on dit, avec mille excuses et beaucoup de gentillesse). L'hôtel de remplacement était bas de gamme,( chambre petite et sans confort), heureusement sauvé par une piscine et une pelouse bien aménagés au bord de la mer, auxquelles nous avions accès directement depuis la chambre. En compensation les dîners (très bons) nous ont été offerts à l'Aphrodite Beach.où nous avons aussi pris les petits déjeuners (très bons aussi). Mais ce n'est pas ce que nous attendions. Il subsiste quand même un doute sur la réalité du motif avancé. Sinon, ce que nous avons pu voir des parties communes (salon, terrasse et restaurant), et la mer à côté donnait plutôt envie.

So far the best hotel we have stayed at in Cyprus!! It felt like home. The staff were incredibly kind and inviting. We enjoyed watching Yia-Yia prepare fresh vegetables for meals and even blessing the meals. Her fresh jams were to die for!! I would absolutely stay here again and if they would let me or I could afford it I would move in. Lol thank you guys so much for having such a wonderful place. Can’t wait to come back.

Nice hotel close to the beach.
Its a nice hotel by the beach. There is a lovely restaurant, the hotel hosts very nice breakfast. I do recomend it. However it would be good if it had a swimming pool

Von der Hotelterrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Hotel selber jedoch sollte dringend renoviert werden. Die Zimmer wirken abgenutzt und das Bad düster. Für eine Nacht war es ok, länger wären wir nicht geblieben. Das Hotel bietet zum Abendessen ein Buffet an. Man kann aber auch von der Karte bestellen. Ob der Koch immer so kocht oder ob wir seinen schlechtesten Tag erwischt haben, können wir nicht bewerten. Jedenfalls hat er zweimal das Fleisch komplet ungeniessbar gebraten?gekocht?gegart? Wir konnten es nicht definieren. Auch das Ausweichen auf das Buffet war nicht besser: das Essen war mehrheitlich verkocht. Warum dieses Hotel so gut bewertet wurde, ist uns nicht klar. Wer aber auf Kaffefahrtgefühl steht und ihm das Essen egal ist, dem könnte es vielleicht gefallen. Wir würden es jedenfalls erst nach einer Totalrenovation und mit neuem Küchenchef weiterempfehlen.

Dreadfully basic
We were staying one night in the area. We found this hotel, which had high ratings incredibly poor and basic. It certainly in our view did nothing to merit a high rating. It was like a youth hostel in many respects. The beds were uncomfortable and we did not get the impression that the room was particularly clean.
The hotel consists of a reception block and some accommodation blocks. We were on the first floor (no lifts). While we had a balcony and a sea view, I would have gladly done without these for things such as hairdryers.
Breakfast was buffet style and not particularly appetising. We were glad we were there for only one night.

Das Personal ist hervorragend und erfüllt dem Gast alle Wünsche. Nagelneue Zimmer, besser als mein letzter Aufenthalt im Hilton. Der Strand ist um die Ecke. Genauso wie der Zugang zur Akamas Halb insel. Grosser Balkon mit roller Aussicht. Wir kommen wieder.
Lovely stuff they walk the extramile to make you happy. The rooms we stayed inn were brandnew better than my last stay in a Hilton. Big balcony with nice view. The sea is around the corner and so is AkamaPeninsula. We will definitely come back! Thank you ♥

Wir haben das Hotel im Rahmen einer Rundreise besucht. Schneller, freundlicher Check-in. Große, saubere Zimmer. Möglichkeit für Abendessen (Buffet oder A-La-Carte). Gutes Frühstück. Parkplatz vorhanden.

Хороший отдых
Проживали в отеле десять дней с 15 сентября. Тихое место, удобное расположение: хороший пляж в ста метрах от отеля. Мелкая галька, удобный и безопасный вход в море. Лежаки и зонт стоят по 2,5 евро. Полотенца для пляжа можно взять в административном здании отеля бесплатно. Радушная хозяйка Грегория и такой же приветливый многонациональный персонал. Завтрак вкусный, достаточно фруктов и овощей. Планируем вернуться в следующем году на более длительный срок.

Not on the beach exactly....but clean and nice.
We traveled here on our honeymoon, and were disappointed to have twin beds, room was so warm, AC only turns on when you are in the room with the room key, so this was not ideal on very warm summer days. Food was ok in the morning. The property is near the beach, a short walk, then you have to pay for a sun chair and umbrella. The hotel emailed me afterwards asking to pay for the room, then wrote back and realized I already paid. The staff there was the BEST PART very kind, and friendly.

spectacular beach
The beach consists of multi-colored pebbles, worn very smooth by the sea. Red,, green, gold, black, striped, flecked. Highly unique experience to lie on pebbles and have the waves power a pebble massage. The facility is family run by Cypriots who were helpful and kind. The resort was populated by a mainly German clientele. Plenty of food for breakfast and a little limited in variety. Very close to the Akamas Penninsula National Park and Latchi and Polis- where there are many fish taverns.

Schöne Aussicht und sehr guter Service am Meer
Ich war zum zweiten Mal da und immer noch sehr zufrieden mit dem Service, mit dem Essen, das übrigens durch die Gastgeber selber gekocht wird und typisch zyprisch ist sowie mit der schönen Lage am Meer. Das Hotel ist inhabergeführt. Die Gastgeberin sorgt sich ausgezeichnet um das Wohl ihrer Gäste so z.B. als ich sehr spät um 1.00 Uhr nachts ankam, da der Flug verspätet war, servierte sie mir noch ein kleines Dinner. Wo findet man so etwas noch? Generell ist das Personal sehr freundlich und motiviert. Der Strand ist nach Norden ausgerichtet daher etwas kühler, was im Sommer sehr willkommen ist. Die Zimmer sind gut und sehr sinnvoll ausgestattet, man merkt, da ist ein gutes Konzept dahinter. Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick. Ein voller Meerblick ist jedoch aufgrund der Lage nicht möglich. Sehr zu empfehlen, da auch das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis gut ist.

Nice hotel close to the sea
Beautiful hotel with stunning views right by the sea. The rooms were spacious, recently renovated and overall very clean. The breakfast was rich served with local products, pancakes, homemade marmalades and many more! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will return back soon!
P.S. The hotel is animal friendly

Nice hotel, lovely walks.
Lovely hotel, clean, friendly and wonderful food. All staff are very helpful - nothing is too much trouble. In March, the place was very quiet (apart from the building work which is the same all over Cyprus, I'm sure). The wild flowers and orchids in the surrounding hills are lovely. No shop on site, but regular buses into local town. We were fine without a car but others may wish to hire a car or a taxi to go further afield.

Very welcoming and spotlessly clean hotel
Very friendly welcoming hotel, lovely staff and tasty food. Everything is exceptionally clean. Very peaceful area but still close to local shops and tavernas. Nice beach down a very short hill from the hotel, good for swimming and snorkelling. The evening buffet is very good value with a large choice of tasty, home cooked, traditional food.

Quiet hotel at a beautiful location
We spent four nights at Aphrodite Beach Hotel and enjoyed our stay there. The owner and staff are very friendly and the area is very quiet. However, you must have a car since you can't walk anywhere from the hotel (it's about 5 minutes of driving from Latchi's harbor). The beach just below the hotel is nice and also contains a cafe. Although a sign says that sun beds and umbrellas are 2.5 Euros each, nobody came to collect when we were there, maybe because we were there off-season. The breakfasts were great but I don't recommend eating dinners there, as Latchi has many better and cheaper restaurants.
Pros:

- Super clean facilities
Cons:
- High Prices (90 Euro/night including breakfast during off-season)
- Back rooms have no view and the one we had was not renovated (we asked and got a better front room at the second day)
