Aparthotel looks nothing like the pictures. It's more of a halfway house feel, not very pleasant. Room wasn't cleaned properly, with cobwebs everywhere and the smoke alarm was covered up. The only good thing about the stay was the location close to the high street and close to the tram stop.

We had a lovely stay at Beaumont Kew. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was quiet yet convenient, with easy access to shops and public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
