We booked the renovated room but when we checkin in, they gave us the old room which look very scary, old and dirty. so we showed them the one that we booked, and they gave us the renovated one which much much better than the old one. its bigger and cleaner. The aircon in the renovated room was not working so we had to call them again to get it fixed. So my advice is that its very important to check what you book with what they give you so you can ask what you have paid for. The hotel is only close to the airport. they have a good japanese/chinese restaurant at the hotel.

The only thing good about this place is it’s location to the airport. Considering everything else, I wished I’d paid more and stayed at a hotel, with a restaurant, in a nicer area, with decent tv reception and cheaper WiFi. The Indian girl on reception was rude from the minute we arrived, too busy on her phone. We could not check in until 3pm due to housekeeping still cleaning the rooms. This I can accept however, when we finally got to our room is absolutely stank of curry, so bad that it was stinging my eyes. We asked to be moved but was told they were fully booked. Housekeeping came up and sprayed the room but it didn’t help the sofa that reeked of curry. It was disgusting. We left the room for a couple of hours hoping it would clear the smell but of course once you remove the room key card the a/c stops working. You cannot open the windows in the room either. Thankfully we are only here for one night! TV reception is really poor. Was told it was the weather but it’s only drizzling outside. Paid $25fjd for 24 hours of Internet even though we are leaving the hotel at 6am. They should offer an hourly rate as that price is ridiculously expensive. Our room is also below the gym so it was VERY noisy. My husband ended up going up to the gym at 6.30pm to see why there was so much noise and there were around 6 guys training in there and using battle ropes! Seriously!! Directly above our room (225). You also hear a loud bang every time The lift stops on 2nd floor.

I would use this anytime i go nadi. Very welcoming staffs. I stayed for 12 days and i wanted to extend 1 more day. The rate for 1 extra day was quoted was very high so had to look somewhere else.

Found cochroaches in the room. Was there for less than 1 hour before finding the roaches and checking out. They offered us a different room but no refund or partial refund offered. I opted to not taking any chances and found someplace else to stay. Do not recommend this hotel!

We had a month long stay in a one bedroom apartment on the second floor(#227). Bed was very comfortable with Aircon to the room. Bathroom spacious, contained washing machine and dryer, shower water was piping hot with consistently strong pressure. Kitchen had medium sized fridge/freezer large enough to store a week's food for two, The regular oven works well; I baked our bread and roasted in it. The dishwasher is a drawer type and easy to operate. Not much into TV but enjoyed local Fiji One and BBC news channels with good reception. Lovely big desk in alcove for laptops/phone charging with comfortable office chair. Work from home a breeze. Internet access costs extra but we used hotspot from our local simcards Apartment exactly as shown in photos. Housekeeping Supervisor Shareen and assigned cleaner, Sala, went above and beyond to keep our apartment shipshape. Property has a lift and the porter will take your luggage up on his trolley whilst you check in or out.. Next time we need to stay near all the government departments around the Namaka area of Nadi, we'll be back.
