The only thing I was disappointed about was that each room has a key to open the room door rather than a swipe card as is now common. The staff were friendly and helpful however. Note also that the lifts are being refurbished. Perhaps they will do the same with the rooms. Overall it was good value for money.

First impression, these apartments are tired and need updating. When we walked in the first thing we noticed was the smell, it smelled damp and musty. Staff are obviously aware because the balcony doors were wide open to let the air in. The kitchen was well appointed although we discovered that the oven didn't work on our last night. The carpet in the main area needs replacing, its wrinkled and worn. The shower was mouldy and stained - needs a good scrub! The bathroom cleanliness was passable. The staff are lovely and helpful, particularly Ayumi at front reception. The location is good, walking distance to restaurants, shops and Central Station. The pool and spa are very clean and well maintained.
