룸 컨디션이나 이용시설등 청결도 모두모두 좋았습니다. 다만 저희가 이곳을 통해 예약할때도 스파비용 별도 청구에 대해선 어떠한 안내도 없었습니다. 예약 사이트도 그렇고, 홈페이지에서도 그렇구요.. 체크인 후에 엘레베이터 타고 올라가려고 하니 그제서야 스파사용하시냐며 여부를 물으시곤 별도의 금액은 추가결제 해야한다는 부분이 조금 당황스러웠습니다. 그때 저희가 황당하기도했고, 처음예약할때 정확하게 확인을 해보지 않았구나 싶어서 우선 결제를 한 후 추후에 직원분께 다시한번 여쭤보았습니다. “저희는 예약할때 사이트나 호텔 홈페이지, 블로그 여러곳에서 스파비용을 추가결제 안내를 확인하지 못했습니다” 라고 말씀드리니 직원분께서 정확한 설명이나 추가결제에 대한 기재된 내용에 대해 설명은 안해주시고 스파에대한 추가결제가 이루어져야 한다는게 맞다는 같은말씀을 반복하시고, 또 추가비용이 기재된 내용을 찾아 추후에 알려주신다고 하시더니 저희 체크아웃때까지 어떠한 안내도 없으시더라구요^^;; 여름 성수기에 가격도 적정한 금액으로 호캉스 편히 잘 보내고 왔습니다만, 처음부터 스파에 대한 별도금액청구에 대해 정확하게만 이루어졌다면 더할나위없는 좋은 시간을 보냈을것 같습니다.

조식은 별로였어요(주변에 식당이랑 편의점 있습니다). 침대 스프링 소리가 좀 많이 나긴 했지만, 샤워부스 넓어 좋았어요. 수건 세탁상태 확인해주심 더 좋을 것 같아요~

501 인덕션사용불가 .스파는 39도로 뜨끈뜨끈

패밀리스위트501호에 묵었는데 인덕션사용불가라는거 투숙당일에 알았어요.미리 고지해야하는데 전혀 고지없어서 조리하려고사간 음식 고대로다시 가져왔고요.대신 근처 도보1~2분거리에 보쌈.치킨.회 다있어서 스켜먹었어요.반반으로시킨 보쌈 진짜 맛있었어요.스파는 39도정도로 뜨끈뜨끈해서 10월중순인 쌀쌀한 밤에도 잘했어요.한겨울에도 야외온천같이 즐길수있을듯..온천지구라 그런지 물이 온천물같이 맨질맨질 좋았어요(개인적인느낌).호텔접수직원은 좀 융통성이 없이 딱딱한 느낌이고 관리자급으로 보이는 남자분은 친절했고 오가면 인사도 잘했어요.

패밀리스위트룸 스파 물온도 조절이 안되요

패밀리스위트 숙박했는데 전반적으로 만족했어요~ 그런데 야외스파 별도요금 내고 이용했는데 물온도가 36도에서 조절이 안된다고 합니다. 더운날씨인데도 물온도가 너무 낮아 추웠기 때문에 더 추워지면 이용이 힘들듯 합니다

An unpretentious hotel with everything you need

The hotel is in an industrial area, in the heart of the LG factory complex. As long as the visitor knows that, they’ll find a comfortable and unpretentious hotel that supplies everything you would need: a simple but tasty breakfast, super clean and spacious rooms, and kind hosts at the desk (who don’t speak English but are courteous).

파주 유일한 호텔

딱 2성급 호텔이에요. 모텔아닌 호텔이 맞고, 하지만 서울시내 4~5성급과 비교하면 안될거같구요. 그래도 조식도 나름 훌륭하고 청소상태나 직원분들 친절하십니다. 너무나 착한가격이기때문에 가성비 좋고 파주근방에 이런 호텔은 여기가 유일한듯싶네요
