This is my new favorite go to place in Palm Springs. It is extremely clean the bathroom, bedroom the carpets and the little kitchens are well stocked. The pool area was also very well kept but the water was hot because the cooling system was not working. They said they would fix it

We loved our stay at the PS Tennis Club! What a great value tucked away under the embrace of the San Jacinto mountains, but an easy walk into town. We loved the adult pool and flower hot tub! There were two other pool areas to choose from, but the adult pool was laid back and quiet. We loved the complimentary bicycles also. Our bungalow had a great kitchenette so we hit up Trader Joe’s in Cathedral City for breakfast and lunches and then enjoyed dinners out and about downtown. Staff was very helpful as well. We will be back!

This place is absolutely amazing! My friends and I stayed here for Coachella weekend. There was 4 of us and it was super comfy! Plenty of mirrors, perfect for getting ready for the festival without having to fight for space. The kitchen was a lifesaver in the mornings. Having breakfast in the back patio was adorable. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful location service and ambience!

My husband and I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this facility. Even though it was very hot during the day we were able to get very early morning tennis times, borrow bikes and use the many pools often. It is a few block walk into town which made for some very fun short bike rides and walks. This property is incredibly built into the side of a hill with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces. We really felt one with the desert and honestly I will be back again. Also we were in text contact with managers the entire visit and they helped us with any of the needs we had. At what point there was a lot of debris in one of the lesser used pools. I texted the front desk and within 5 minutes someone was there with a screen and he was incredibly kind and clean the whole pool for us. Thanks Manny!

Gracious staff that know the meaning of hospitality. Many personal touches. Loved the substantial breakfast. Alfredo the manager is so accommodating and a joy. A short walk to Palm Canyon Drive restaurants and shops. Adults only which works for some. Best!

Absolutely beautiful resort with pools, hot tubs/spas, on site restaurant, and activities. We had bachelor suite style room with king bed and kitchenette, and while the room was a bit dated it had no issues. A few minor fixes and updates to the room would make this one of the best places I've ever stayed in. At the price point when we stayed it can't be beat.

Lovely Palm Springs bungalow

The location of this hotel is perfect. It’s really close to downtown Palm Springs but off the strip in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed in a very cute & comfortable bungalow. The front desk employees were kind & helpful. The one negative is the washcloths were not completely clean.

Very efficient studio with kitchen, dishes, toaster, full refrigerator. Plenty of space in closet, drawers, tables. Relaxing serene back patio right up against rock mountain and palm trees. Big horn sheep walked by! Property had easy parking garage with charging for EVs, game room with popcorn at 4 pm, hot tub really close to the room, refreshing oasis pool area by tennis courts, great fitness room. Walkable to downtown restaurants.

It’s an older property that is in good shape, with rooms nicely maintained, very clean. It’s got it all for us. Free pickle ball, swimming, bikes, walks to dinner. Spencer’s restaurant is adjoining if you like. We saw a pool table and board games even. Most folks are time sharers, we aren’t. Good price. Check in was a late 4:30.

I liked that the property was right near the mountains and the bungalows especially are really cute. I liked the pool area and the restaurant was great. The grounds were very peaceful and the staff were friendly. I was disappointed that the kitchens were fully stocked even with a coffee maker but there was no coffee or coffee filters or any way to even make coffee without having to go downstairs and get premade coffee. There was also no silverware in the hotel room but it had every other cooking utensil and dishware imaginable. There were hairs stuck to the back of the bathroom door and the headboard had a big piece of the covering torn off. But it is as otherwise a cozy and charming place.

Nice quite area

It was a nice area, very quite, room was amazing, great space, comfortable bed. Front desk staff were not the nicest, quite rude in some instances. Pool was so dirty and the jacuzzi was a green colour we didnt get to use the pool at all (granted it was extremely windy and it blew all the dust and debris) but the pool person was supposed to be there cleaning and they did not. Was our only chance to use it and we didnt get to. The other negative is the light for the air conditioner is really bright and right next to the bed, if you are a sensitive sleeper and are affected by light, bring Gaff (black tape) to cover it so you can still be cool sleeping - when its hot out!

This property was a very surprising find. After reading the reviews about how dated this place is, it put my expectations very low. Which worked in my favor. I found this place to be very nice and quaint. It was very quiet and comfortable. From the time we walked in to check in at 12am we were i pressed. Mark was very nice and pleasant. Which was nice after such a long drive. The Halloween decorations in the lobby were fun. After getting to our room I was very impressed by the not so dated furniture I had read about, and how comfortable it looked. I got the 1bdrm 2 bath room. It worked out great with the kids. They had their area and we had ours. My husband's favorite thing was the secluded balcony up against the mountain. My daughter loved the 2nd flr lobby sitting area. We sat there and talked about palm springs and just hung out. The seats were very comfortable. My husband and I did got to the family pool at night and the adult pool in the afternoon. The family pool was smaller then i would think to be the family pool. But it was good for us because no one was really there when we went at night. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for basic cooking or dining use. The dining table was perfect for the 4 of us. My cons for this place are the bedroom bathroom was very tight. The space was well used but still very tightly squeezed in their. In the bedroom their were multiple lamps. Some went together and 2 did not. The elevator really needs to be updated or replace
