It was a quiet place to have good rest and at the same time it’s close enough to most of the shops and other activities. Neat rooms and nice staff will consider staying in future visits to Rotorua.

I loved every feature of the complex. Warm, clean and modern facilities. Delicious and perfectly cooked to order breakfasts. Lovely surrounding being close to the stream and hearing it while relaxing in the spa. We are keen to stay there again and recommended it to both families and couples.

Loved the pool and spa being outside and warm in spring! Location nice a quiet and very close to the luge. Friendly, relaxed and happy staff, nothing a problem. Beautiful setting, mini golf, crystal clear stream and bush at back of property. Clean rooms and fresh. Great functional kitchen with all we needed. Loved our stay, will book again for sure!

Absolutely LOVED our stay here, with two adults and two young children. One bedroom suite had two large beds, so younger children were able to share. We were greeted by exceptionally warm staff and they went above and beyond for us. Kids really enjoyed the playground, minigolf and games room. But they especially loved the warm pool (I think it was 32 degrees!) and spa. The whole place felt so tranquil. I wish we had been able to stay longer. If we plan another Rotorua visit, Ripple will be first on my list of places to rebook. A simply wonderful experience!

Comfortable stay with great location

Location is great! We had a comfortable stay and loved the private spa, but there's room for the cleanliness to improve. The electricity also went out during our stay, but the staff were helpful can got an electrician to come fix it quite quickly.
