Terrible stay at the hotel

We came to Tunisia as my partners sister was getting married and it was closer to where he lived in Telboulba . Arriving on a Friday we checked in at 3pm and we was showed our room which I very disappointing . It was small dark and out dated room . The bed was very uncomfortable . The air condition was not working up to standard . The next day we had to complain about the room and asked them to move us to a better room with a good location . We viewed about 3 rooms which was all the same and ended up with the room on the A block . This room was worse then the previous rooms viewed , there was flies in the bathroom and the air condition wasn't working well. Also you have to leave a deposit at the reception to have the remote control for the TV !!! .We made many complaints but the reception wasn't helpful at all and had no customer service .skills. The restaurant was awful too, the food was bland and limited I found the area very unclean and not enough staff to accommodate the amount of people . Generally the hotel was overcrowded and packed not enough experience staff to help and advise . The wi- fi never worked and when it did it was slow and useless . I feel sad to be so negative about this hotel but its not a 4 star more a 2 star and I do travel around the world a lot . Very disappointed overall . I will not be recommending this hotel to any of my friends or family . The only positive

Ho pernottare una notte ed il giorno dopo ho cambiato hotel. Camera con formiche poichè il precedente ospite avrà lasciato cadere del mangiare e la camera non é stata pulita. Aria condizionata quasi inesistente. Colazione pessima, formaggi fusi fatti passare per formaggi freschi. Pranzo e cena molto scadente, incluso il servizio è la pulizia ai tavoli.

Ett stort hotell med all inklusive känslan

Hotellet var stort med två pooler,en stort med bar och en liten som låg lite avskild om man har barn och inte orka med mycket folk och hög musik. Hotellet var riktigt stort med allt vad det innebär ” all inklusive hotell” ,ett stort plus till olika restauranger och maten som var utmärkt.en minus att det var alltid fullt med folk omkring ,folk köade för maten.en plus var för underhållning,en minus var för wi-fi .Utanför hotell var halv tråkigt och Mahdia centrum var tråkig upplevelse.

The workstation hotel staff ever

No air conditioner in the room . The staff were horrible!!!! No smile at all Bcz it's all inclusive. You are still eating and they try to grab your plate or ask you to bring it to them. No air conditioner in the reception or the restaurant!!! It's so hot . You can not finish your meal! No plates or spoon! We are three peoples no towels and the room was so hot !!! You wake sweaty!!!! We will never go back !! Only good animation!!!!

Une arnaque!!!!

On est partis mon mari et moi pour passer un weekend en amoureux. Dès notre arrivée, on était mal reçu: le réceptionniste débordé, il nous envois déjeuner pour pourvoir préparer notre Check in. Le buffet était vide et la bouffe immangeable. 1h pour avoir les clés de la chambre. On se dirige vers la chambre (à l'autre bout de l'hôtel) la porte était grande ouverte, les draps tachés les serviettes aussi. Pleins de poussière partout. On va voir le réceptionniste qui est entrain de gérer d'autres soucis avec les clients et il nous dit que la chambre a été faites !!!! Bref, il refuse de nous rembourser et on a du quitter l'hôtel après 3h de route et 3h d'attentes.

Bon état en général. La bouffe est meilleur que chez d'autres hôtels qui font la formule "All Inclusive". Bon accueil et personnel omniprésent. Manque d'entretien des espaces verts.

Sejour agréable Ideal pour les enfants tobogan et piscine On peut profiter d une belle plage et de différentes activites jet ski banane parachute etc... Points négatifs : la chambre au rez de chaussée était un mauvais choix car pas d exposition au soleil donc beaucoup d humidité Difficile de faire de la monnaie dans l hotel pour jouer aux aires de jeu (billard,....)

Bonne emplacement mais hôtel moyen !!

La nourriture n'est pas bonne mais mangeable ... Pas beaucoup de variété souvent les même chose... En boisson illimité ce n'est pas top non plus ... Les chambres sentent l'urine très fort !!! La climatisation ne fonctionne pas 24h/24h alors que nous sommes en période d'été et qu'il fait 41 degrés elle est ouverte de 14h à 02h du matin seulement !! (12h/jour) ! La piscine avec toboggan est séparé et loin des piscine et de l'hôtel . Par contre le personnel est très agréable et une bonne animation au rendez vous ! Tout est en illimité boissons sans alcool, thé vert bière les bouteille d'eau . Un petit restaurant au bord de la piscine pour un petit creux pizza pattes salade jusqu'à 16:00 ! Ainsi qu'un goûter à 16:00 mis en place . Séjour avec des avantages et inconvénients mais j'ai connu de meilleure hôtel je n'y retourner pas personnellement .

nous avons apprecie la piscine surtout les toboggans et la mer Par contre la nourriture etait infecte et le personnel pas aimable du tout Je deconseille cet hotel qui ne merite vraiment pas ses 4 etoiles En plus nous avons ete places loin de l'hotel dans une annexe j'ai du insiste longuement pour qu'ils acceptent de nous changer notre chambre Meme si le prix est interessant je prefere payer plus cher la prochaine fois et avoir un hotel convenable (les chambres etaient envahis de fourmis)
