Great location and views. Easy access to city centre and Southbank area. Needed to ask for more supplies- cleaning products etc, but overall great stay. Noisy construction in the area during the weekdays but lovely in the weekend.

Overall a nice place to stay. Room was clean however it was next to a parking garage so we kept getting woken up during the night from screeching tyres (no fault of the hotel of course). Convenient location. Would stay again.

This property was in a great location, and the parking (although it was a bit more expensive than other places) was super easy and secure. The property was clean, although some areas were a bit outdated (broken dishwasher etc) - but overall we had a great stay and would stay here again.

Property is in a good location and the staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was a good size and quite clean for an older building. The second room though had no air flow (it had a fan but no air conditioner) which made it very hot and stuffy. The biggest issue that I had was the smell. I am very sensitive to perfumes and every part of the property had fragrances from the lobby, the elevators, the upstairs lobby and the room. So much so that I could hardly breathe! Please dial back the fragrance. Other than that, if the price is reasonable, it's in a good central location in Brisbane and there's plenty of space in the room.

Great Apartment Hotel

It was a great apartment hotel. The Japanese cafe downstairs had great food. I was surprised to receive a set of keys. I don’t think I’ve checked in and received a set of keys in years… I got lost and accidentally called the other oaks hotel with my battery running low. They were kind enough to try to call reception for me (no answer) and then helped guide me to this one. Staff at the other Oaks even offered to let me charge my phone at their place if I could not find this one on my walk.

Ligger perfekt till i staden. Nära till allt! Rymliga lägenheter, dock trist utsikt. Bara andra skyskrapor några meter från balkongen. Skön och stor säng. Välutrustat kök. Bra hudkräm i badrummet. Väldigt trevlig personal i receptionen. Allt var toppen!

The property and rooms require a lot of maintenance. Rooms very run down, chipped bathroom basin , mouldy bathroom ,no airflow , windows with glass only . No exhaust in the bathrooms. Very loud at night as property in the middle of the city . Barely any room for the extra bed to fit in. Staff tried their best to accomodate and moved us to a different floor but unfortunately we had the same issue. We had to pay extra for parking per day as well . Definitely not worth it. location was the only positive factor for us.

I've stayed at this property a few times and it's clean and tidy. The only downside is there is no airconditioning in one bedroom. There is good aircon in the living area and main bedroom just not the 2nd bedroom. Otherwise it's a great stay
