Even though the city center is only a 14-min walk, the tram was only 2 min walk away…AND FREE ON THE WEEKEND! Reception was super nice and friendly.

The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful and the hotel also offers a good breakfast and underground attached parking. We stayed one night during hot weather and our room did not have air conditioning or a fan so it was an uncomfortable night. The bedroom portion of the room was clean and in good shape but the bathroom is in need of an update as the sink had multiple stains and did not make a good impression. The property's location is within walking distance of the main sights but the line 1 street car is just a block away and very easy to use. There is also a food store right behind the hotel so it's easy to stock up on food and supplies

OK?

I am accustomed to have the room and bed cleaned up daily. The room has a kitchen that initially was well prepared, but the dirty plates, cups, and so forth were not touched by the maid, and the bed was not touched. Highly unusual!

I genuinely enjoyed the "apartel" idea. It was convenient to have a fridge, burners, hot water kettle etc. the market was just a block away. All was very convenient. The room was simply but we'll appointed. I wold certainly return or try another Residhome Appart Hotel since this is a chain. Very enjoyable.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff

This is a great place to stay because it is quiet and a lovely walk along the canal is behind it. Accessible tram to visit the lovely downtown. You can cook your food there if you want to save $$.

Value for money

The hotel was really easy to find by car with free parking in front of the hotel. The check in staff was friendly and the rooms where normal size for a 3star hotel with a nice equipt kitchen the only thing is that there is no wifi only cable internet in the room not so practical for you mobile divices but overall good hotel that I would recommend

Location is perfect for exploration of Nancy

Quick check in with thorough instructions by reception. WiFi strong and reliable. We didn't eat breakfast in the breakfast room, but with a full service grocery store only a block away, we chose to prepare our meals in the kitchenette, which was supplied w/ all the basics needed, including microwave, refridgerator, and two burner stove top. The description on the website is accurate. The tram from the train station stops no more than two blocks away. HINT: fold away the bed back into a couch in the morning / makes the room seem twice as big for daytime activities. The city offers a variety of gardens and architecture, including the magnificent Stanislas square / UNESCO designated and for good reason.

While traveling in France, we always try to stay at the Residhome hotel chain, because they are consistent in size of the room, cleanliness of the room, and have a kitchen to save on meal costs. Residhome Appart Hotel Nancy Lorraine had parking and you could walk to the attractions at Place Stanislas. Recommended.

Good value

A good choice for a short trip of 1 or 2 nights. Rooms are on the small side, but decently clean, and the kitchenette is well appointed with the basic utensils one might use on such a stay. Watch out for the reduced reception hours on weekends (and strict check-in/check-out times). Location is great, close to the historic city center (a 10 minute walk), but still in a quiet neighborhood. It is also fairly easy to find a parking spot in thesurrounding streets. All in all, recommended - would stay there again.

Very nice visit to Nancy

Our stay was very enjoyable and offered a nice location only a 10 minute walk from the city center. The hotel room offered some flexibility to restaurants with the very well equiped kitchenette. The addition of a "supermarche" being just a block form the hotel offered a guests to ability to have some options to the hotel breakfast and occasional snack if desired. The staff was very helpful and the additional benefit of a parking garage under the hotel if the guest had a car was very nice. The choice of restaurants in the immediate area is limited but still acceptable. A few noteworthy items is that the front desk is unoccupied from about 1800 until the next morning at about 0500. Entry to the hotel is by a keypad outside the door. Internet access is available in the room but is not WiFi (cable only). WiFi is available in the main lobby area but when it is being used after the front desk hours, there was only limited seating (two chairs) and the liting would occasionally go out since it was controlled by a motion sensor. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Estadia calma e perto do centro

Uma estadia boa para conhecer Nancy, fica perto do centro da cidade e da principal praça, tem garagem para quem leva o seu veículo e fica num local super calmo, onde mesmo de noite pode-se descansar tranquilamente. O ponto desfavorável é mesmo a limpeza que fica muito a desejar… tinha cotão debaixo dos colchões e o pó via-se a olho nu.

Quel bel endroit pour un court séjour à Nancy!

Mon mari et moi avons été pleinement satisfaits de ce séjour non pas du 5 au 7 mais du 6 au 8 décembre, date à laquelle je fêtais mes 70 ans! Là formule de l’appart hôtel nous a laissé plus de liberté pour profiter pleinement des fêtes de St Nicolas. Le parking souterrain directement accessible depuis la chambre est très appréciable. Très bon accueil et très bon confort. À recommander!
