In general it was a great stay. Room was clean and tidy. They allow pets and provide for their basic needs such as bowls for them to use. Parking access was a bit difficult to find.

This is an excellent option in the Santa Fe neighborhood! The executive suite is perfect for longer stays, as it includes a kitchen and lounge area. We loved the fact that the hotel is super pet friendly and although we didn’t bring our dog this time, it’s nice to know that they are really welcome!

I got extremely dizzy in my taxi trip from the airport to the hotel, so I had to lie down in a sofa at the lobby and felt terrible, the staff called 911, the hotel staff never left my side, they took care of me until I recovered about 3 hour later, both the hotel staff and the emergency 911 team were magnificent. The hotel staff checked my wellbeing during the nigh at my room and dmsent me a complimentary frui breakfast the following morning. This hotel is an excellent place to stay, clean, excellently maintained, corteous staff, excellent location near of restaurants, pharmacies, an impressive shopping mall and close to many important businesses centres. If you want to stay nearby downtown or the airport this hotel may not be the best shop, but for those who want to stay near the vibrant zones of Polanco, Interlomas and Lomas de Chapultepec this property is an excellent choice.

The overall condition of the hotel is nice and clean. One of the gym equipment was broken, no free parking for guests and no breakfast included within the premises is a low score compared to other hotels I've stayed.

This hotel is in the middle. I've stayed at worse hotels and hotels that are better. I felt that the cleanliness and the condition of property were not what I was looking for so I will not be staying there again. The location of this hotel is wonderful and in walking distance to Centro Santa Fe for shopping and dining. If you looking for a hotel thats more in the middle or budget then I think this hotel would probably work for you.

There was a leak on the room window and after a rain the carpet was wet, also the housekeeper threw away my VIP coupons and couldn’t enjoy my VIP benefit. Parking is expensive and should be free for guests.
