Conveniente en sus instalaciones pobre en el trato

Muy bien. Creo es un buen hotel bien ubicado y aún precio razonable. Solo deben cuidar la capacitación del personal ya que al menos la recepcionista que nos atendió tenía una actitud muy antipatía que logra hacer que se busquen otras opciones. Realmente por eso no volvería.

Imposible dormir, la habitacion que nos dieron todo el tiempo sonando un compresor. El ruido no dejaba dormir, el joven de recepción no me devolvió mi boleto de estacionamiento y cuando le dije no se ofreció a darme una nuevo para salir, tuve que ir nuevamente y pedirselo.

El hotel está bien, no se escucha ruido en los cuartos, el gym está muy completo . Lo que no me gustó fue que hace falta mantenimiento en la pintura del baño del cuarto 836 y que no me dieron ni beneficio VIP que se supone me iban a dar un crédito para bebidas .
