Ok short term

I was clean and the beds were ok. We stayed there only for one night. If we were to stay there longer as a family it would have been very cramped and not a place we would recommend if you are travelling with smaller children.

Waited in rain for no-show host. Another guest without hot water 24hrs and like us, host never responded to multiple WatsApp calls. 1st night we booked hotel Zwolfe. Do not book Gut Hügle for safe and secure stay as host has no communication or caring for guests.

Very centrally located historic building. Entrance via electronic lock system. They have a laundry room in the basement but no real instructions on how to use and pay for it. I called the host but the lady on the phone also had no idea how it works and told she woul call me back. She called me back very shortly after und told me that I need special tokens and they could bring them by what I declined because of time constraints. At night it was really loud on the street in front of the room because of a local festival. The rooms have no air conditioning. I was a few minutes late for check-out and the lockbox for the key wouldn't work anymore so I tried to call the host a couple of times without success and had to leave the key in the unlocked room.. Would not recommend.

Sehr zentral gelegen.

Schöne Unterkunft - Self-Check-In mangelhaft
