It was so spacious with comfortable beds and a personal washing machine and functional surroundings. The staff at the front desk were only too happy to help.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! Really friendly and helpful staff, very clean room with lots of hot water! Loved all the extras in the kitchen area! Great location, clean, comfortable rooms. Gave us an upgrade. Missing an item or 2 but that was corrected immediately. Only complaint is street noise, but it's on a busy street near the train station so to be expected.

The hotel is located next to the train station, convenience stores and eateries. Easily walk everywhere without taking public transportations. The apartment was a good size and very nice. I would stay here again.

Superbly located for Manchester Piccadilly Station and Metrolink. We stayed one night so that we could visit a concert at the Co-op Live Venue. Very comfortable and quiet with excellent amenities. The size of the fridge is good for larger drinks and groceries and the addition of a small freezer is very handy. The staff are very polite and efficient and our stay was faultless.
