Had a pleasant stay, near to rotterdam central station and walking distance to all the museums and shopping malls. But only the wifi in the room was bad . Its goes on and off

all front desk staff were not very helpful and friendly except the guy on my last day checking out was great . i asked for extra 2 pillows but they asked me why i needed extra pillows - well i just have a better sleep with it - but they were really rude about saying no, including the house keeping lady who came to drop off towels.

Excellent clean hotel near to Metro

The hotel is conveniently located near to Metro station; its clean and well equipped. The add on sofa bed is by farthe most comfortable sofa bed my son slept on. If you drive, note that parking is off-site round the corner.

Fantastic stay in a great location

Stayed for 3 nights for a business trip to the area. Great location opposite Centraal Station and walkable for the many shops, bars and restaurants of beautiful Rotterdam. Rooms have everything you could wish for, full kitchen facilities and comfortable beds. Small but well kitted gym. Will be my first choice when in the area again, thanks!
