Basic kitchen, lacking some items,to make it more inviting and friendly to cook. It was spacious apartment Confortable beds The negative point is that we Had very loud neighbours - not the fault of the aparthotel. But room to room acoustics are not good enough.

Great place and excellent stay in Prague

Excellent stay. Great location, close to Palladium and walking distance to Old town square. Appartment very well equipped (incl a safe, kitchen and fridge). Much more spacious than I expected. Clean. No issue with online registration and getting acess code prior to arrival. Sofa bed comfortable.

Very cool place, very large room. We were there only one night. There were some kids (teens) climbed out on the roof from their window and I had to tell them to quiet down. Other than that it was great.

It was quiet and perfect for our two nights there. The stove didn’t work and even maintenance couldn’t fix it. We had purchased food to cook and it went bad.

Location is great, walkable to most major sites, many restaurants and shopping nearby and metro stop is close. Great cafe at the corner. The building is cute and clean and digital entry is nice. The courtyard is really just a table and a few chairs. The kitchen was nicely appointed and had everything bathroom was clean and nice. No A/C was rough a few nights when it got rather warm. The TV did not work and the cots for sleeping for 3 of 5 people were the worst I have experienced in Europe. Thankfully we were too exhausted most nights we collapsed into bed but sleep was not restful for all.

Within 30 minute walk to all main places to see and eat in Old Town Prague. The apt was roomy with four beds and two toilets. I heartily recommend.

Perfect location without being where all the chaos and noise is. One room to the backyard was really quiet, the other room to the street that was fairly quiet. The apartment was nice and well equipped.

It was a lovely building and amazing stay. Just a few things missing ie there was no mirror in one of the bedrooms. When you first come in a bench is needed to take of shoes and coats especially in the snow. But overall amazing place

I liked many things. The overall layout of the apartment provided privacy for my friend and I and the kitchen was a nice bonus. Building was secure and well-lit and we felt very safe. Mattresses and linens were organic and comfortable. A top sheet on the beds would have been a nice touch. The apartment was clean and we loved the light and the airflow. All of the windows opened easily. The sound of the bell in historic tower clock just outside was so charming and accurate! Building was quiet and the neighborhood was lovely.

We stayed at 4 Trees apartment hotel for 15 nights in our family vacation and loved it. With close proximity to many Prague sites in walking distance, 4 Trees has everything you need to feel at home, kitchenette with all utensils and kitchenware, refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. We were in one bedroom deluxe unit that had 1,5 bathroom (one full bathroom and second one toilet only) Very roomy apartment with tastefully furnished, plain and without unnecessary decorations. We only wished that we had was the self serve laundry facility in the building. That would have made perfect. Luckily there was a laundromat not too far away (15 minutes walk) Nice quiet street with keyless electronic entry to the building and the flat was very convenient. Every fifth day cleaning of the flat was well thought off, Thank you very much.

Dirty... apartment did not look like the photos... we ordered a deluxe apartment but it was no where near that... Loved the area but not the apartment.

This apartment had only one advantage in comparison with the ones we rented on our trip to Europe - large size. All the rest was not great at all. Communication with the stuff was only possible by phone and only during business hours. If you don't have a European number or having an issue outside their working hours - good luck contacting them. When we were in this apartment the temperature outside was 94 degrees, but they had no air conditioner. They did offer 2 fans, but this did not help much. They had a requirement of checking out by 10:00 AM and when we were a few minutes late and wanted to bring down the rest of our belongings that were left in the apartment they had reset our entrance code by that time and we were left outside by 10:10 AM with a bunch of our stuff still inside. There was no way to go back. We literally went through hell due to these 10 minutes delay. Their main hall entrance door often used to get stuck during the entrance and one had to apply tremendous force to open it, something a weaker person may not have been able to do. They claim to be an environmentally clean building and somehow due to this they will not clean anything or change towels more often than once in 5 days and even this we had to request. Nevertheless they left a note that they will be happy to clean if you play 15 euros.

快適に過ごせました

ひとり旅で宿泊しましたが1人では勿体無い広さでした。とても清潔で新しく、綺麗に清掃されていました。朝ごはんはお部屋で自炊しましたが、レンジ、食洗機、カトラリー類、お皿等一通り揃っていて大変助かりました。冷蔵庫も十分容量があるため、長期滞在でも問題なさそうです。 地下鉄やトラム駅にも近く、パラディウムやスーパーマーケットにも徒歩ですぐなので観光にも買物にも困ることはありません。プラハに行ったらつぎも泊まりたいホテルです。
