This property is amazing and much better than I expected. Its like a 1 bedroom apartment. Im huge on cleanliness and so are they. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Melinda is a peach. She is doing great managing this property. You can feel safe and rest assured here. Hidden gem for sure.

having to get used to not having a host on site but this host did answer the phone and helped us find the suites and find lockbox. The suite was clean and had everything we needed to make the most of our time. Stayed here four days,stores nearby and could take a couple of long walks. Quiet and manager most accommodating when we did need anything.

A Wonderful Surprise (and Great Value!)

Staying here was a stroke of luck. Although away from most other hotels, this was an incredibly well-kept facility with a wonderfully clean and spacious room. I had no idea the facility would be this nice for the money. The next weekend I spend at Charlotte Motor Speedway will be booked at this facility.

I was surprised at how clean and well maintained the rooms were. I was a little worried when we pulled up since it's not in a main business area and was fairly small, but the room was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great! Also, the bathroom was clean and there were plenty of places for storage. Great price for a suite. I would definitely stay there again.
