Avoid this hotel and make sure someone has ur back

Place was the worse place I have stayed on my trip. Hotel room was a dumb. Fridge was frozen, picture frame were broken, tv remote was broken, dresser drawers were broken, place smelled, and they were bugs crawling in the bed. Went to the office and complained and I was told sorry is I was unhappy I should have came back instead of getting food and eating it in the place. Was told should have looked over the place first. Refused to refund and said sorry out of luck. Stay away from this hotel if it’s the last thing to do. Called hotel.com and they got back to me sorry the hotel will not refund me. The hotel.com sponsored this hotel tells me the don’t care about there customers because they will not do anything either so they will not guarantee or back what they sell.

部屋自体は綺麗に清掃されていましたが、ドアを開けた瞬間ゴキブリと対面してしまいました。ゴキブリ退治に労力を使い、他にもゴキブリがいるのかと思うと、部屋の快適性はゼロでした。外の駐車場が近く、外の車の音がまる聞こえでよく眠れませんでした。スタッフの人たちの対応は悪くなかったです。

Not for us.

Booked this hotel and was suppose to be a non smoking room. We got there and it was so smoky that we could not stay in the room. The place was run down.

Had to leave. This hotel was absolutely disgusting. Mold on the ceiling, filthy furniture, kitchen was not clean, broken locks on the door. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Let's just say the conditions of the hotel were so bad that the hotel was permanently closing in the middle of our stay... I didn't even feel comfortable sitting on any furniture. We stepped foot in the hallway and knew immediately we weren't staying there. The desk clerk told us, "Go check your room. If you don't like it, just come back to me and we'll refund you." He was well aware of the poor conditions obviously

Dirt, cockroaches and not safe

Terrible hotel. The pool did not work, the room had karakans and was very dirty. The room was given at 4.30, we went there with 3 children and realized that it was not safe to spend the night in such a place. after 15 minutes we left the hotel and our payment for the day was withheld. the photo was not true. I do not recommend staying at this hotel

First he told me that he didn’t have a room they was not going to honor the Expedia reservation he made different excuses I refuse to leave and finally they put me in a room after much arguing there was no remote control forks linens soap ice trays The pool was closed there was no breakfast and the air conditioner was off in the building this is the second time a hotel has not honored my Expedia reservation I have spent thousands of dollars on Expedia and I have lots of trips coming up soon unless y’all do something I will not book with Expedia again

Staff communications and appearance totally unprofessional. Peeling paint on the front check in counter. A promise of early check in at 3 pm was not honored. Arriving at 3:45 pm, we were made to wait in our car until 4 pm. In 40 years of traveling i have never experienced this at any hotel. I left and refused to stay there.

Great hotel, horrible conditions

The hotel as a whole was great but the kitchenette didn’t come with an oven , the stovetop in the room didn’t work , & the dishwasher would push dirty water into the sink.

Booked room for family 4 kids 2 adults only received two towels and had to ask the guy doing laundry for more because they were out and only 4 pillows in room for six people no extra blankets for couch bed also pool was closed Lastly it was more of a low income housing type place because 90 percent of people there were living there week to week

I never stayed , it was hot in lobby, when I arrived there was no rooms ready or cleaned yet , I heard someone was Murder there on Monday and there was an ongoing Investigation, it was a 3star post, looked more like a 0 star for hotels.com Status, I want my money back , I had to book at a Another hotel across the way that was more my status , when Hotels.com tried to call to get me a refund they didn’t answer the phone.

Need to renovate

Room is big enough to accommodate 6 guests. But it really need renovation. Greasy plates, fridge, microwave , coffee maker wasn’t clean. Breakfast not included even it was advertised. Good to look at from the outside, reception area clean and well designed but the room we stayed at is falling apart. We’re glad to stay just for the night.

Do not stay here

Well the guy at front desk was not very friendly. We went to the building all you could see is trash outside of the building. The smell was really bad all you could smell is pot . Inside the building hallway smell like pot . The room we were greeted by the 2 roaches crawling . The fridge raider wasn’t working right and we asked for more towels never got them. The phone didn’t work I had to Chase down somebody to get towels . Because I ask front desk for Sunday you didn’t have any. And a man of their ass how long we are staying like I was inconvenience him. This place was the worst place I ever stayed in with my family.

Roach motel

Worst place i ever stayed. We were moves to 3 different rooms...1st bedroom: bathroom was missing door handle, kitchen was filthy, the room dirty. We found roaches and bed bugs. While moving to the second room, we saw a rat, the grounds were unkept and dirty, with several broken chairs and tables. Second bedroom was smaller than what we had reserved, also dirty, missing cabinet doors, rust marks on the pull out bed, paint peeling. Because the room was smaller than we had reserved, night staff gave a second room expecting my wife to be in one room and my four kids in a completely different room on a different floor from us. The six of us squeezed in the third room. It was 2 am too tired to keep arguing with night manager. Third room also dirty, dirty appliences, no covers for pull out sofa bed, and the list goes on. This place should not be allow to operate. It should be shut done due to numerous health concerns. I am very very surprised that appears on the list of properties on hotel.com. it was rated a 3 out 5 and for $164 a night i figured it would be enough just to spend the night. What a mistake. This place should be rated 0 out of 5 and should never appear in any of the traveling sites.

Horrific Conditions Do Not Stay.

This hotel is the worst I’ve ever been to. Words cannot describe the uncleanly conditions I was subjected to endure due to unable to leave that night. I was only refunded for the second night. But I deserve the full amount refunded. The hotel is a half way house for parolees. Seriously!!

Cockroaches in elevator, hallway stank of food, everything was worn and dirty. The room had no garbage or fire extinguishers, the counters were covered in thick built up grease. Refrigerator was dirty and couldn’t open properly as it hit the wall. The whole atmosphere seemed dirty. There was also no phone in the room. We didn’t stay.

Disgusting and I should be compensated

Room smelled like crack cocaine had been smoked in there. The pullout mattress had dark stains on it. Hardly any channels on the tv. Couldn’t even watch NFL games. One lamp in master bedroom didn’t work... just awful. Very very disappointing. I’ve never ended up in ANYTHING LIKE THIS off Vrbo. I would NEVER stay there again. I probably need to check my clothes before taking them inside of my home 😤

The property was a disaster no hot water in the tub the hair dryer didnt work we couldnt adjust the heat we couldnt get the fire place on and they had no blankets. we cancelled the rest of the reservation and went to LaQuinta. The worse hotel we have ever stayed in and will never do it again. we called the front desk several times but all they could say was "we are sorry" lol what a sham!

Horrible overall. Didn’t get the room I paid for and desk clerk refused to switch because I paid online. Tub was dirty, tables were dusty and my wife was itching all night and broke out in hives. Horrible experience.
