Average service apartments

I was not impressed by these service apartments. My first room smelled quite badly of sewage, which I initially ignored because I went out as soon as checked in but when I came back at night to sleep the smell was almost unbearable. They were very nice and let me change the room and the second room was clean and spacious with a nice bed and bathroom but… Very often you hear quite a loud noise coming from the top floor which I was explained is the water tank, but once you start hearing it if you have a light sleep like I do then that’s it, you cannot sleep!

Tired and over priced

Was very disappointed with this hotel. The rooms were tatty and dated and not especially clean. Furniture was battered. Was very overpriced compared to other hotels in Pattaya. We moved to another one after a few days that was cheaper and much nicer.

Have stayed at Nova Suites several time and it does not fail to provide. On 3rd street so in quite area but only a 5/10 min walk to beach road. Easy access to every location. Rooms are basically condo apartments very large and spacious. Free parking and plenty of locate bike taxis and food and 7/11 near by.

Stayed here many times. Nice large room, very comfortable. Nice location. Hotel def has some small maintenance issues that could be addressed but overall wouldn’t put me off staying again and I’ll be back next year.

I choose this hotel because of Amari brand, I am very disappointed about the cleanness in the room. There is a lot of dust in the room, the towel is not clean. I have been checked in in the other building, no security guard. poor of security level.

Be prepared to walk quite long distances from the hotel to any popular venue or to take a taxi: taxis in Pattaya are expensive (for Thailand) - absolute minimum of 200 BHT per journey. The hotel used to offer a very helpful golf cart service which both dropped off and picked up. Now the hotel "minibus" only drops off. The noise of traffic can be quite disturbing. The hotel itself is very quiet. Rooms are very spacious. If you want additional bedding (say, to accommodate one of the family on the settee in the lounge), the hotel charges an additional 500 baht! The breakfast was enjoyable: nice staff and good food, some cooked to order. This hotel probably thinks of itself as a four-star hotel but in reality deserves probably no more than 3 stars.

Clean and secure hotel, helpful staff. But dare to use the shower! The water supply changes from hot to cold intermittently no matter how you control it! It's madness and really made me angry. Also it's a bit off the main road and in the narrow alleyways.
