Bon hotel en général, les agents de services passent tout les jours en chambre pour la nettoyer et renouveler les serviettes, articles de toilettes etc
Le personnel n'est pas polyglotte comme indiqué sur le détail mais parlent espagnol, allemand et anglais mais savent très bien se faire comprendre quand même.
Un peu déçus du fait que la connexion wifi soit payante et surtout aussi cher car on doit payer pour chaque appareil connecter simultanément c'est un peu comme netflix mais en dehors de sa l'hôtel et très propre, proche de la plage et juste en face de la mer, commerces et restaurant à proximité et accessible à pied le personnel est acceuillant et souriant et pour finir le cadre est magnifique l'eau est cristalline et les été sont prolongé jusque tard à Santa ponsa, il y a encore un grand soleil mi octobre donc c plutôt agréable.
Merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel pour son accueil et sa courtoisie.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und in einem guten Zustand.
Die Betten waren etwas wackelig.
Das Bad war auch gut ausgestattet.

5th time staying at this hotel. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in santa Ponsa. Best hotel for location, facilities and staff. Roll on next year.

Excellent location
Book a sea view room well worth that little extra we stayed here from 6th/14th Oct asked for higher floor got the top floor absolutely stunning view .. room spotlessly clean staff very friendly ..room could have done with a bit more light but otherwise no complaints ..when we had problem with door lock staff were excellent very efficient and apologetic for problem ..would definately stay here again.

Decent option for family
It was OK place to stay, clearly targeting budget traveler. It was not bad but the photos can be deceiving as it looks like there is a beach in front of the hotel, not the case, but beach is nearby. Advantage is it is on the quiet side, where some hotels are right above bight clubs which go to 3am. Sadly no parking anywhere close, so people with cars are out of luck

Haus am Felsstrand
Hotel liegt Günstig zum Hauptstrand Santa Ponca. Die Hotelliegen müssen bezahlt werden. Preis für eine Woche von 1038 EUR ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

Tæt på byen og strand
Mega hyggeligt tæt på alt, aircondition var også mega dejligt. Alt var godt og der var flere supermarkeder ved siden af hotellet. Mange spise steder.
Deres toilet havde ikke en børste det var mindre godt. Men ellers alt godt.
Deres internet skulle man betale for, også mindre godt.

Beware of misleading photos
Unfortunately after checking in to a studio that didn't look anything like the images of the studio we booked, we were told it's Expedia's fault. I explained that it's up to the property to provide the correct images. The studio images are of their apartments so beware. The property charged us for one night even though we checked out within two hours. Expedia was fantastic and refunded us two of the 3 nights because the property claimed we stayed a night even trough we didn't.
Apart from this the place is okay if you don't mind being surrounded by British holidaymakers and a Blackpool kind of vibe.
They have refurbished the place and it's quite modern.

Over all a nice stay. Santa Ponsa needs a bit of refreshing tho.. the buildings are starting to look really trashy and every other shop is closed...
The hotel was ok. If you’re not looking for a view at the concrete wall, pay a bit extra for the ocean view...
There is also a fee on the sunbeds in the hotels own poolarea. 3.50 euro per day. Stupid...

Magnificent views
The hotel was in a wonderful location .Views from the rooms were great .Book a room above floor 2 with a sea view.Rooms not overlooking the pool are quieter. Sun beds get sold out by 10.00 most days. People start putting towels to reserve beds very early but you can not pay for them to be unlocked until after 8.30.

Super widok, pokój całkowicie wystarczający, standard ok. Jedyne zastrzeżenia to brak np. Noża, płynu do naczyń i prysznice powinny być gruntownie wyczyszczone (plus za jednorazowe podkładki pod stopy)
