Good clean hotel and rooms with friendly staff. Plenty of parking available. Rooms are well equipped and spacious. I missed that the hotel doesn’t have AC and that was rough for someone closer to the artic circle.

Nice clean and quite hotel within 10 min easy bus ride to airport- perfect for those early morning flights. I like that it had a fridge and mini kitchen in the room, and fans for the hot days. beds and linens very good quality. Big bonus...there is a great bar and restaurant at the sports complex next door too- 2 mins walk at most. Recommended!

Bordeaux with fam

The hotel is super cute, the front desk people were kind and welcoming. I think it’s a little weird that for a hotel so close to the airport the desk is not open 24/7. We were at dinner in town and had to rush back to check in by 9:30. I wouldn’t say that is a negative just something weird to me. I would definitely stay there again but just plan differently. We had an early flight so becoming close was great in the AM.

We booked 3 apartments for night stopover. Arrived sunday evening after 10pm and had issues getting through to anyone to do check-in, had to ring a mobile n: that went straight to voice mail and after 30minute the even receptionist turned up. In one of the apartments we found a container with rotting food in the microwave the and the other apartment the door to the bathroom was jamming to the floor. Wouldn't take much to get this hotel to better standard if maintenance and reception staff get more training. Breakfast was very good

Leistung entspricht Preis

Alles in allem Okay für den Preis. Die Lage ist gut. Einerseits ist man innerhalb von 15 Minuten in der City von Bordeaux und innerhalb von 45 Minuten in Arcachon. Die Ausstattung der Familienzimmer (für 4 Personen) ist mit nur 2 Stühlen, 4 Tellern und 2 Handtüchern schwierig. Nicht zu ertragen ist die Hitze bei fehlender Klimaanlage. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes 40C und offene Fenster haben den Schlaf auch nicht verbessert- insbesondere da die Autobahn in unmittelbarer Nähe ist. Höhepunkt war jedoch der Check-in. Da wir am Anreisetag Theaterkarten hatten, haben wir mehrere Wochen im Voraus nach dem verspäteten Check in gefragt. Wir sollten am Anreisetag einen Code zugeschickt bekommen. Nachdem wir am Nachmittag immer noch keinen Code erhalten hatten, haben wir versucht mit dem Hotel Kontakt aufzunehmen. Emails und Chatanfragen wurden nicht beantwortet und das Telefon war nicht besetzt. Da wir immer nervöser wurden, haben wir uns um 18:30 Uhr entschlossen die Theaterkarten verfallen zu lassen und sind nach Bordeaux gefahren. Der Code wäre wohl abends verschickt worden. Eine Info darüber wäre im Vorfeld gut gewesen. So war es sehr ärgerlich

Bon séjour dans cet appart'hotel, calme, très propre, un très bon accueil de la réceptionniste, piscine très agréable avec une très belle plage d'ouverture. Un bémol cependant, seulement 3 chaises (problème résolu très rapidement), 3 verres, 3 tasses à café et aucun bol pour 4 personnes.

Séjour d'affaire, établissement correct, lieu commun propre et agréable, piscine et salle fitness parfait. Petit déjeuner copieux et très varié. Domage que la chambre ne soit pas climatisée, très chaud et difficile de dormir. Odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain (égout) ventilateur à disposition mais très bruyant. Chambre bien isolé phoniquement et correcte. Accueil sympathique et disponible

Chambre basique. Propre. En revanche, chambre réservée pour 4 personnes et le canapé lit n’était pas fait, ce qui n’est pas normal. Il a fallu que nous fassions nous-mêmes le lit avec les draps laissés dans l’armoire. Et a minuit, cela est inadmissible. Très bon petit déjeuner. Mais à un prix conséquent !

Bonjour J'ai séjourné deux nuit dans cette hôtel, je suis carde commerciale qui utilise la plate-forme hotel.com depuis des années. Je passer plus de 100 nuitée par ans dans les hotels sur 42 departement en france. Cet hotel est le seule a vous faire payé un petit dejeuner sans le servir sur deux jours. Des la reception, j'ai indiqué pour des raison professionnelle que je prends le petit dejeuner a 5:30h au lieu de 6:15h annoncée soit 45mins plus tot, j'ai recu un refus categorique. J'ai proposé qui'il me fasse un plateau ou sachet la veille, refus également, le deuxièmes jour je redemande, sans solution toujours inflexible, j'ai payé un petit dejeuner non servie donc j'ai demandé le remboursement,toujours la, ils refusent et prefere garder l'argent d'un produit non livré/servie c'est se qu'on appelle du vol. L'hotel est sympq mais l'hotel est inflexible, pas du tout serviable. J'ai dormi a companile les jours d'avant ils n'avaient aucun souci de m'offrir un petit dejeuner, a Ibis style l'horaire a ete 6h ils ont avancé a 5:15h pour moi et deux autres personne. Quand la france se reveille tot pour aller au travail il y a qui l'a vole car ne veux pas se reveiller tot. Je suis extrêmement decu. Je consulterai mon avocat pour cela. Ce n'est pas le montant aui m'agace mais le vol et l'injustice.
