Ett fantastiskt hotell vid första intryck men tyvÀrr levde det inte helt upp till det intrycket. Slitet och behov av förbÀttring t ex dusch som inte fungerade, avloppslukt vÀldigt stark. En sÀnglampa som inte gick att stÀnga av. Frukosten överraskande bristfÀllig pÄ ett fyrstjÀrnigt hotell. Men trevlig personal i receptionen speciellt en man som borde primeras för sitt bemötande av gÀster.

For a 4star hotel and the price we paid, I was dissapointed. The rooms seemed to be from the 80-s, the personal was medijoker and we the 1.5 km from centrum is very missleading, to take a walk to centrum it was at least more than the double in distance. 2/5 for the entire stay. Not satisfied.

When you arrive, this hotel looks like a luxury spa resort more than a hotel. There are plenty of free parking spaces outside the main entrance. The rooms are nicely designed and comfortable although the wooden parts of the bathroom were somewhat damaged from the moist. They also continuously play cheesy music on low volume almost everywhere. Expect to hear violin covers of Lady in Red. The breakfast was good but we were surprised to find that it was served in a boring room without windows and with noisy TVs turned on. There is free Wifi everywhere, both in the rooms and outside in the yard. Avoid the computers in the reception because they are completely unusable to the point that it would had been better if they were removed altogether to avoid the frustration. The hotel is just a 5 minute drive from Toledo.

Lage ansprechend. Gartenanlage gepflegt. Pool war schon geschlossen. Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich. Nicht 4 Sterne wĂŒrdig. Service ließ zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Das Hotel hat zu wenig Service Personal. Unser Zimmer war groß,dunkel unter dem Dach und spartanisch eingerichted. Das war ein Zimmer fĂŒr GĂ€ste mit Hundebegleitung.Es fehlten GlĂ€ser und Flaschenöffner fĂŒr die Minibar, im Bad fehlte die Kleenex Box. Das Dinner im Terrassenrestaurant war gut.Das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffett war inklomplett, Yoghurt und heisses Teewasser mußte bestellt werden.

Service was weak. Rachel staff member told us different times/schedule of terraza’ hours. One staff member told us it would open @ 7, while the other told @ 7:15 that it would open much later. When confronted about the Information given to us before, then he looking bothered said: give me a few minutes & we will open. Waited 45 minutes, & no one ever would ask “how can we help you”. I found the staff not friendly enough. @ one time we greeted by saying hello, they didn’t even bother to acknowledge us. Cigarral del Alba is far superior

Nice, stunning views. Could improve poolarea & bar

The stay started badly as we were told at booking that we could have two connecting rooms. whilst this was not possible. Apparently, the hotel had problems with the person that dealt with the booking which was no longer working for them. However, the hotel manager did the best to resolve the situation and gave us a suite and he arranged for two single beds to be put in there and the settee to be removed instead. He charged us for one room at the same price + a daily charge for only one child. I think this was more than fair. The hotel is beautiful. the views are stunning. It is a pity that the outdoor pool and bar are not organized better. The bar outside opens only in the evening, and therefore there is no pool bar. If bar was open, this pool and bar would be much more used in the afternoons.Sun beds at the pool are only a few. I think the hotel could and should improve these things. The restaurant's food was good and the restaurant has a terrace with views over the whole of Toledo.

Salimos ayer viernes por la mañana del hotel y al llegar a nuestro destino comprobamos después de revisar concienzudamente, que no teníamos el ebook que habíamos usado en la habitación. Llamamos al hotel para avisar y que por favor buscaran en la habitación. Nos dijeron que no lo encontraron. A nosotros no nos cabe duda de que se quedó allí.

O hotel Ă© bem distante do centro da cidade, mas a vista Ă© linda!!! O quarto era bem simples com cama convencional e travesseiros ruins e a internet apesar de reclamarmos nĂŁo estava funcionando. O restaurante foi o ponto mais alto!!!

Instalaciones y servicios obsoletos. Habitación vieja, descuidada y con deterioros, haría falta una buena reforma. Desayuno buffet escaso y de baja calidad. No lo recomendaría, precio a años luz de la realidad.
