シャワーの出が悪く、お湯が出なかったので そこだけが非常に残念でした。 南国とはいえやはりシャワーはお湯で浴びたいです… 洗面所はお湯が出たので、他の部屋は出るんだと思います。 リゾート全体の雰囲気や清潔さはとても良く、 リオビーチでは泳いでいませんが、 ビーチも悪くはなかったと思います。 朝食は美味しかった。 コスパも良いので、総合的には良いところだと思います。

4 star all the way highly recommended Just don’t understand why I have to pay extra charge for a the 3rd person for room advertised on their site for 2-3 person accommodation. The room itself is for 3 persons .

Was expecting better

Booked as the pictures looked great. The hotel is not cheap. Unfortunately, pictures looked better than actual. My balcony was overlooking the staff quarters which was not a pretty sight. Needs more attention on maintenance and cleanliness. On my request for them to arrange a van ride to Port Barton, Hotel Covo staff endorsed me to a transport group which charged more than 2x the regular cost of the van ride to Port Barton! I felt they treated guests just an invoice - no care to ensure a good experience and handover.

Very much liked the service of the attendants at Huni. Covo is currently undergoing renovations but we were informed on arrival straight away that they had re booked us and upgraded us at Huni one of the neighbouring hotels.

Kan bli bättre

Stället har potential med viljan verkar inte finnas. Hotellet ligger ca 20 min från El Nido. Det går gratis transfer en gång i timmen, annars är det trike som gäller. Läget är lungt, fin strand med några andra hotell och restauranger. Nackdelen är att det knappt finns någon som helst service på plats. Inga butiker, bara några restauranger och andra hotell. Hotellet erbjuder inte mycket heller. Inga menyer för roomservice, men frågar man i receptionen kan man beställa upp dryck till rummet. Det finns inget kylskåp eller minibar. Ingen pool eller andra faciliteter. Bara rum och frukost.

Valeu muito a pena!

Achei a localização ótima, com transfer gratuito pro aeroporto e para o centro. Praia bem calma e limpa. Ambiente super agradável com lojas e restaurantes para todos os gostos. Só senti falta de cadeira na praia. De resto foi perfeito!

Very comfortable hotel and beaty beach

We had a clean, very well designed and comfortable room. Same floor had a purified water dispencer. Hotel was a part of larger resort. Area had it's own private gardened beach and as a resort the beach was full of restaurants with different specialities. Location was a bit further away from the super noisy downtown and the resort had frequent van connection for free between the city and back. Pillows In the bed were way too thick and fluffy for us. We asked for thinner ones but never received and answer regargind the suspect. Staff was otherwise very friendly and helpfull. This place was worth the money and I would choose it again.

大廳是開放式的沒有冷氣，吃早餐也在大廳吃，早上涼涼的不會太熱，早餐很簡單。 房間每天都整理的很乾淨，唯一覺得可惜的只有浴室的蓮蓬頭是固定在天花板的高灑水，不能移動，洗澡洗的有點辛苦

Lio beach is beautiful Nice area with few restaurants Far from the city but theres a free shuttle. Hotel looks new Room was not ready for check in on time. Worth thing- Bed fleas! Woke up with a lot of bites

We originally booked to stay at Covo but when we arrived we were met with a series of unfortunate events met us. A typhoon had hit and while weather was bad the team at Covo didn't really seem to be doing much to attend to issues. When we got to our room there was now bedding, just a sheet on the bed, no towels & not hot water. The rooms don't feel finishe week, more like a glorified hostel than a $200 a night hotel. After going for lunch we can back to our room flooded! Final straw. We complained to management and surprisingly move to their sister hotel. Much better cleanliness, facilities and not water / zero flooding! Thankyou to the lovely Cat for looking after us and turning a potential 2/10 holiday back to 5 star.

Totally worth the money. We spent last two days of our trip there and it was best decision. The hotel us on par with Europian/American hotels. Rooms are very clean, crispy sheets, choice of pillows, powerful AC. Breakfast is ok, it’ll keep you going but definitely you can get a better food at the restaurants near by. The area and the nearby beach is georgeous.
