Doorway to Zion

This little gem was the perfect jumping off point for Zion NP. There was road work in Springdale and big delays so coming in from the east was perfect. The cabin is very cute and had everything we needed. Loved looking out at the horses in the nearby paddock over breakfast.

Everything was wonderful! This was a perfect 1/2 way spot between Zion and Bryce. It made my husband consider living in a tiny home and my 5 year old said she wanted to move here!

Our cabin was great. Not a lot of places close by to eat or buy groceries. Wish we knew in advance so we could bring everything we needed. The cabin was clean and comfortable.

Adorable little cabin in between Zion and Bryce Canyon.the stay was comfortable and the stars at night were absolutely incredible. Make sure you buy or grab food before heading in because it’s not close to much besides a family dollar up the road.

This is a fairly new cabin, attractive on the outside. Unfortunately, the landscaping around the cabins is not maintained and has many weeds. The owners need to work on that. Checking in we found the coffee pot had not been emptied. Other than that, it was clean. There needs to be more counter space and small tables, possibly a coffee table and end tables. And also lamps. It was awkward sitting on the sofa with no place to put our food our drinks. The table provided has two very uncomfortable stools to sit on, and we tried to use them for coffee tables. I think this could be a very nice cabin but it needs some creature comforts added, as well as landscaping around the cabins.

This place is about 20 miles from Zion National Park. Cute little old towns surround this area and it is fun to explore!

These cabins are cute, clean, and enough off the beaten path to be fun but still close to all the things you could want to check out. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to get away from things for a while.

Nicole was extremely helpful! Cabin was perfect for my family size wise. Had an issue with a frozen gas valve and she sent someone to fix right away. I will return as a family and with just my wife!

Beautiful Cabin

This isn’t really a “hotel” but instead it’s a small cabin all to yourself! Hard to find because google maps routes it to the wrong side of the road, so pay close attention and look for the wooden sign that says “Apple Hollow Cabins”. There’s no daily cleaning or checking in; you’re left alone for the duration of your stay. Town is about 4 miles away and then 8 miles away there are a few restaurants. If you want fast food or more of a city vibe, that’s about 25-30 miles away. This place is a true get away from city life. Cell phone service is non existent but you can use the free WiFi, which works perfectly. Bring your own DVD player if you want to watch movies or use Netflix or Hulu accounts. Cabin has cooking and eating utensils. Also there is a couch that turns into a bed. Fire pit and chairs outside the cabin, but bring wood and a way to start the fire. Great experience overall! We loved it. Super beautiful and peaceful.

Very clean and adorable cabin. Nice private bonfire pit with chairs and wood available. More fixtures in the kitchen than we realized, making it easy to make simple meals. Coming from the West, you have to drive all the way through Zion park and 25 minutes out the other side. It added one hour to our commute from CA, but positioned us perfectly between Zion and Bryce so both were a reasonable drive. Highly recommend this place.

Great base camp for Hiking

Great place to relax! Host was excellent! Had everything I needed to include washer and dryer!! Will stay again gladly! 25 minutes from Kanab and 45 from Bryce and 25 from Zion.

Good location but limited services

Good location between Zion and Bryce Canyons. No cell service and tv was dependent on guest provider accounts ( we had nothing that would work)
