Very nice and comfortable apartment. The facilities and amenities are great. Felt like home for the brief few days I was staying there. Couldn't really ask for more in terms of the live-in condition. Just some small nuances for the stay to be perfect. The payment via Expedia wasn't all smooth. Additional steps were required. The management was also very strict on the check-in time. Do note on the check-out time as well. It's earlier than most.

Nice city-centre apartment

Generally a good stay - the apartment is a good size and very comfortable! Lots of good amenities within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Only down side is that the corridors and doors are noisy (You can hear people talking loudly in other apartments down the hall!) so bring ear plugs, and a street light was fixed directly outside the window, and the apartment didn't have blackout blinds so the room was light all night.

Attractively designed, clean and well-equipped rooms located right in the centre of Bath. Good value. However, automated check in is poor and overcomplicated - including recieving a QR code which then won't work. Note that room doors unlock remotely - so you'll be scratching at the door like a velociraptor in Jurassic Park until approx 15:00 when it unlocks. No proper reception so I'd recommend against arriving any earlier unless you've paid for early check in. Anyway, a perfectly nice apartment once you're in.

Difficult to find. Directly in front of a bus stop - lots of characters by the front door. Check in was difficult. I had to help another couple check in as well - you needed one very specific number in an email. Lots to do in the neighborhood. Parking was 10 minute walk away. Apartment was a studio. Small kitchen.

Beautiful, Clean, Modern, Great view

Amazing accommodations, made me wish I was here for fun and not work. Would be a lovely place to spend days exploring Bath. Clean, modern, spacious and with a great view! Only downside would be address instructions as it seemed to imply trim street Westgate properties so I of course went to trim street. That did not take away from the very pleasant shock of seeing how lovely the place was. I forgot all my anger at having to walk an extra 5 minutes. I will definitely be back!

Almost 10/10 - slow internet speed warning.

The apartment is lovely. The location is perfect. The decor and attention to detail is immense. The Internet is terrible. I was unable to work from the room and my conference calls kept dropping until I switched to my mobile data. I did a check on my laptop and the top speed was 3mbs! Totally unusuable for anything but reading an online paper.

The room was nice and clean. However, it wasn’t the best run. The front door stopped working so many of us staying there couldn’t get in. Which is fine if the people at reception would let you in but they wouldn’t initially. It was fixed by the afternoon (wasn’t working 9am to 4pm). The wifi was poor then turned off for a day. The water pressure was poor. When I asked about late check out (day before checking out) was told it was just £10. No problems, I’ll do that please. No answer then just before check out was told I couldn’t. We were already out at a tour so had to come back and get all our stuff. For a relaxed weekend away, it just wasn’t run well enough to recommend.

Heart of Bath

Brilliant location!!! Nice layout of the studio apartment as well. Taking ear plugs was a blessing as being on the first floor facing the main road there is plenty of noise early hours but this didn’t hinder my stay. If your first time then visiting the Roman Baths is a must.

Great apartment, but some issues

The apartment is extremely well located and is very comfortable and clean. The contactless check-in also works well. However, the apartment is situated above a Tesco store, so we were woken up on both mornings by lorries being emptied and stock taken into the store. There was also an issue at check-out, which, at 10:30, is already fairly early. However, the cleaning staff knocked on our door at 10:05 and demanded that we leave the room as they needed to clean. We told them we had 25 minutes until check out and they weren’t best pleased. This put a real dampener on an stay, and on an apartment, that was really great.
