A last minute, 1 night booking before we flew home found us here. The apartment was spacious for 4 of us, the bathroom is tiny but we had everything we needed. Very clean and in a very good location.

We arrived a little after 6 pm. Their office was closed. Dragged luggage over cobblestones but was unable to connect with them through phone or texting. Finally rented accommodations at another hotel. Would expect a refund and an apology.

Nicely updated apartment.

Communication about how to check-in was non-existent (you actually have to check-in at the hostel around the corner), but once that was sorted out it was a nicely updated apartment. Rooms were a good size, beds were comfortable, and the location was ideal. However, the bathroom shower was slow to drain causing minor flooding on the bathroom floor, and the lobby/hallway was an echo chamber so you heard everyone coming & going at all hours. No AC and very little wind on the top floor when the windows were open. Neighbor's dogs barked all the time from their balcony, which faced our bedrooms.

Bon accueil, souriant et arrangeant. BĂ©mol pour le mĂ©nage: nous sommes restĂ©s une semaine, la femme de mĂ©nage est « passĂ©e » en milieu de semaine, mais elle s’est contentĂ©e de prendre nos serviettes de bain (sans en remettre de nouvelles...), le sol est restĂ© sale malgrĂ© notre demande Ă  l’accueil de l’hĂŽtel, ce qui nous a gĂȘnĂ© pour notre bĂ©bĂ© qui se dĂ©place au sol. Et il n’y avait aucun moyen de nettoyer nous mĂȘme, ni balai ni aspirateur.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivé dans l'immeuble une odeur immonde d'égout. Gros problÚme avec la salle de bain, l'odeur d'égout était insupportable, la douche n'était pas propre avec des restes de cheveux coincés dans les trous du siphon et des tùches jaunes sur le sol de la douche. Nous avons été obligés de prendre notre douche dans l'auberge de jeunesse ou nous avons fait le check in deux rues plus loin. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait, la poubelle de la cuisine était encore pleine. Les draps avaient des tùches. Nous avons fait part de tout cela lors du check out à l'employé nous n'avons eu aucunes excuses de sa part.

Not at all good creepy house with cracks on the wall and water leaking through them. I dont really understand how hotel.com has accepted this house as a part of theirs business and if you need pictires i can share it with you. I was with my family and yravelled at night so there was no option since i havd already paid for it such a big amount for one night for that house.if hotel.com can refund my money back ill appreciate and also the hot plate and geyser for bath could not be operated at the same time it would trip the whole house electricity and dark.
