電気がつかない所があって部屋の中が暗い。寝てる間に何か虫に数カ所刺された。

The room has no comforter, sheets only. The phone line was cut out. The bathroom was dirty and dusty. There is only one person at the front desk even at the check in time. Apparently the hotel needs more staff members. Air conditioning was fine. The only good point was a drug store, Walgreens is right next to the hotel.

Would not ever book again

The hotel could not accommodate me for the room I originally booked. So instead of a king I had two queens. He offered to take off one night of the resort fee and waive the deposit. Great. However, when I got to room it was a total mess. The floors were damp. Everything was mildewy smelling. I did not feel comfortable even walking around without socks and shoes. The only reason I even stayed was because I had a convention and knew I would barely be in the room except to sleep. However, the last night I braved with bare feet and woke up in the morning with orange brown spots all over the bottom of my feet. There was only two dim lamps to light the room. The bathroom light didn’t work. None of the amenities were even really running so I’m not sure how they can even call it a “resort” and given the state of the room how they could even charge a deposit because it was already in disarray. Sorry for the feet pics I took the pic after trying to soak them and hope the spots cleared off.

Broken a/c

The air conditioner and several lights were broken when we arrived. We had already carried everything upstairs and have physical limitations so changing rooms would have been hard for us.

To the Management Team of Main Gate Lakeside Resort My reservation was made for a party of three, including myself, my husband, and my two-year-old daughter. Details of Service Failure and Safety Violations: Upon accessing the assigned room at approximately [4pm], we were forced to immediately vacate the premises—checking out less than five minutes later—as the room was fundamentally uninhabitable, unsanitary, and presented severe health and safety risks. The unacceptable conditions observed included:     1    Severe Health Hazard (Mold and Water Damage): Extensive visible mold growth and heavily saturated, wet floors throughout the unit.     2    Unsanitary Conditions: Visible contamination, including large amounts of hair left in the shower, and pervasive bug activity.     3    Chemical Fumes: An overwhelming, noxious odor of concentrated bleach that was immediately irritating to the throat and eyes of our family, particularly our toddler.     4    Structural Integrity/Maintenance Failure: Large sections of icicles hanging from the ceiling, indicating a profound structural failure, extreme water damage, or a dangerous lack of insulation/HVAC control.     5    Life Safety Violation: The smoke detector was ripped out of the wall, rendering the room completely non-compliant with standard safety and fire codes. These conditions made the room unsuitable for any guest and actively dangerous for a child. We did not use any of the amenities and left the property immediately.

We checked in and immediately checked out. Never again. It was outdated, noisy, broken locks. The staff was very pleasant to deal with and tried to be as accommodating as they could.

No frills, solid stay with a cranking cold AC and comfy bed. I have stayed here many times and sometimes there are glitches (Need a new batteries for the remote, phone not working, etc) but for the price, it is a good room in a great location and they do their best to accomodate you. I would reccomend it.

I wanted to do a cancellation the same moment of the reservation because it was a mistake. They didn’t want to help me, they just wanted the money and that’s all . So sad, see there’s people like that
