The places was a great size and cleaners came late in the day which was good for us. The toiletries did not get replaced but we brought our own so that wasn't a problem, but just bear that in mind. Sadly my hairdryer in the room wasn't working and there was no reception desk available to ask for a replacement.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. We booked a superior suite and had a room on the top floor. We were at the back of the building so it was lovely and quiet at night. The hotel is an ideal location, away from the hustle and bustle of old town, but within walking distance. Also very close to tram stations and the main train station. The room was clean, though the dishes provided weren't totally clean, but this wasn't a big deal as there was washing up liquid provided. My only comment would be that I think the hotel should specify what is included in the different rooms - junior, superior and deluxe suites. As it is rather vague, and it's hard to know if you've been given the right room. We thought we would have a balcony from the photos, but this wasn't the case.

Nice and cozy

Amazing location, neat rooms had no issues checking in as all details were sent in an email prior to us reaching the location. Easily accessible, tram and metro stations nearby, lots of restaurants within walkable distance. Attractions including Museums and within 5 minutes walk. Would definitely recommend.

When i made reservation it said left luggage which i needed before and after stay. However as reception only manned 1000-1600 this is a problem. Luckily the helpful manager gave me my room at 1015! But after check out i had to leave bag at main station. Otherwise 5 stars.

Our room was a very nice one - spacious, light with a balcony. It was quiet and clean. The bed was very good and so were the pillows. The reception works from 10 till 16. Guests receive messages from the hotel with instructions to check in. The hotel sends the key code to the application they work with and guests should download it. There was something wrong with our mobile connection so we were unable to see our virtual key. We had to call the number the hotel provided and they helped us to solve the problem - we had to pick the physical card to our room from their hotel partner not far away. The hotel is well located - about 25 minutes walk to the old city.

Generally ok.. location good and initial coms good for access. Room smelt badly of stale smoke which was horrible as a non smoker - but was otherwise clean on arrival No daily cleaning or clean towels til complained on day 4 and had to go buy own loo roll. Shower was broken too Sold as a double room but 2 single beds which was not what I bkd Could’ve been a lovely stay but spoiled but slack management Definitely not a 9 rating - more 7

Affordable but a little tired

Reception was only open till 4pm which is a little odd but they provide a key you can use on your phone which worked absolutely fine for getting in after this time. Room was generally decent but quite a lot of scuff marks on the walls and random bits of fluff on the sheets and the bottom of the towel radiator had accumulated a fair bit of dust. Also heard a lot of noise from upstairs the first night/morning but fortunately that stopped for the rest of the stay. Breakfast was offsite a few hundred meters away somewhere but did not have this Some paint, caulk, fresh sheets and slightly more thorough cleaning and it would be closer to the rating. Location was very good I thought. At the minute 6-7 out of ten would be fairer. Even still, the non-weekend price is very good value, I didn't realise the Friday was three times the price of a weekday but the average was fair. I'd add pictures but the app doesn't seem to be letting me...

Great location, poor cleanliness

Good location, close to museums and main square. Off-street parking was good but extremely expensive considering it was on site. Reception was not always manned. Room cleanliness was terrible, very dusty on arrival and an unpleasant oder from bathroom. Cleaning staff showed up at 6pm and tried to get us to leave the room which was unacceptable. When they did clean the room, surfaces were not wiped down, dirty glasses not moved, beds not changed or properly made and bathroom floor looked like it had not been swept. Kitchen was well stocked and overall the property was very nice.
